TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Rate
   All rates are net, quoted in USD and inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge, and the following benefits:
   * Return airport transfers
   * Daily breakfast
   * 24 hours butler service
   * Cold towel, flower leis and welcome drink upon arrival
   * Special price for Spa
   * Free shuttle service to Nusa Dua and Kuta area
   * 5 night stay is entitled for free one-time Balinese Massage for 2 persons
   * 7 night stay is entitled for free one-time Dinner for 2 persons
   * 10 night stay is entitled for free one-time Dinner for 2 persons and special gift



2. High & Peak Season Periods
   Low Season period: January 5 - July 31, September 1 - December 20
   High season period: August 1 - 31
   Peak season period: December 21 - January 4



3. Booking or Reservation
   Reservation subject to availability and confirmation. A minimum of 4 nights stay is required during high and peak season periods



4. Check in/out time
   Check-in time: 14:00
   Check-out time: 12:00
   Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability



5. Terms of Payment
   Terms of Payment
   • A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation form with the final balance should be settled one month prior to arrival date
   • For bookings made 7 days or less before arrival, full final cash payment is required at the villa upon arrival.
   • All payments are to be made in US dollars either via electronic bank transfer (account details will be given at time of booking) or by cash in US dollar bank notes at the villa. For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred.



6. Cancellation Policy
   Cancellation Policy
   • For bookings that are cancelled 31 days or more before arrival, deposits will be returned in full less a US$ 100 administrative fee.
   • For bookings that are cancelled 30 days or less before arrival, deposits will be non-refundable.
   • Notices of cancellation must be received in writing (by fax, email or mail).
   • In cases where a guest has confirmed a booking with a deposit but we have yet to receive the balance of payment and the booking is cancelled, the guest will be responsible for the payment.



7. F&B
   Foods and beverages are on guest's account. First dinner in villa for a late check-in and/or first breakfast can be arranged upon request. All expenses are at guest's account.

The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.

Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
B'Fast "Included", means Breakfast is already included in our rates.
B'Fast "Excluded", means Breakfast is NOT included in our rates.
