Rate
The rates are subject to 10% and quoted in USD net per night inclusive of :
Government Tax and Service Charges
Daily housekeeping and linen service.
Airport transfers.
Fresh fruits and flowers on arrival.
Refrigerator stocked with basic essentials on arrival.
Purified drinking water, coffee and tea.
Drinks and groceries shopping service.
Night time security.

High & Peak Season Periods
Low Season period: January 11 - July 14 and from September 16 - December 19
High season period: July 15 - September 15 and from December 20 - January 10,

Minimum Stays:
Low Season: 3-NIGHTS
High Season: 5-NIGHTS
Peak Season: 7-NIGHTS

Check-in time: 14:00
Check-out time: 11:00
Late check out until 18:00 is additional charge of 50 % from 1 (one) night room rates and subject to avaibility

Terms of Payment
- Credit card authorization + copy of the card (front and back) + pasport copy of the card holder sent by faximile or 50 % deposit (from total reservation value) transfer to our USD Bank account within 7 (seven) days of recieving our reservation confirmation, will gurantee the reservation
- For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred.

Cancellation Policy.
- Before 30 days check in date cancelation will charge at 10 % from total secure night as administration fee
- Between 29 days and 15 days will charge 50 % from the total room night reservation value
- Between 14 days and 0 days will charge 100 % from total room reservation value.
- No show will be charge 100 % from total room reservation value.

The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.

Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
B'Fast "Included", means Breakfast is already included in our rates.
B'Fast "Excluded", means Breakfast is NOT included in our rates.
