All rates are per villa per night for single or double occupancy.

Regular Season (Validity: August 1 - 31 and December 20 - January 8)

High Season Validity: July 15 - 31, September 1 - 15, Easter Period)

Peak Season (Validity: January 9 - July 14, September 16 - December 19)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Rate
   All rates are quoted in USD with the following benefits:
   - Return Airport Transfer
   - Welcome drink and chilled towel on arrival
   - Fruit Basket on Arrival
   - Daily Breakfast; Choice of Continental, American or Indonesian breakfast
   - A Coffee or Tea per person served daily between 4pm - 6pm
   - Daily mini bar restock with free non alcoholic drinks



2. High & Peak Season Periods
   Low Season period: January 9 - July 14, September 16 - December 19
   High Season period: July 15 - 31, September 1 - 15, Easter Period
   Peak season period: August 1 - 31 and December 20 - January 8



3. Minimum Stays:
   Low Season: 3-NIGHTS
   High Season: 5-NIGHTS
   Peak Season: 7-NIGHTS



4. Check in/out time
   Check-in time: 14:00
   Check-out time: 11:00
   Late Check-Out until 15:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day, Late Check-Out until 18:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 18:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate.



5. Terms of Payment
   - A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation form with the final balance to be paid in cash at the villa upon arrival.
   - For bookings made 7 days or less before arrival, full final cash payment is required at the villa upon arrival.
   - All payments are to be made in US dollars either via electronic bank transfer (account details will be given at time of booking) or by cash in US dollar bank notes at the villa. For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred.



6. Cancellation Policy
   Cancellation Policy
   - For bookings that are cancelled 31 days or more before arrival, deposits will be returned in full less a US$ 100 administrative fee.
   - For bookings that are cancelled 30 days or less before arrival, deposits will be non-refundable.
   - Notices of cancellation must be received in writing (by fax, email or mail).
   - In cases where a guest has confirmed a booking with a deposit but we have yet to receive the balance of payment and the booking is cancelled, the guest will be responsible for the payment.

The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.

Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
B'Fast "Included", means Breakfast is already included in our rates.
B'Fast "Excluded", means Breakfast is NOT included in our rates.
