All prices are quoted in US$ (US Dollars), unless specified otherwise.
All rates are per villa per night for single or double occupancy.

Regular Season (Validity: January 9 - June 30 exclusive Easter and Chinese New Year,)

High Season Validity: July 1 - 31 inclusive September 1 - 15 inclusive Chinese New Year and Easter)

Peak Season (Validity: August 1 - 31 inclusive December 20 - January 8)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Rate
   All rates are net included government tax & service charge, inclusive of refreshing welcome drink on arrival, airport transfers. Rates do not include breakfast.



2. High & Peak Season Periods
   Low season period: January 9 - June 30 exclusive Easter and Chinese New Year,
   High season period: July 1 - 31 inclusive September 1 - 15 inclusive Chinese New Year and Easter
   Peak season period: August 1 - 31 inclusive December 20 - January 8



3. Booking or Reservation
   Reservation subject to availability and confirmation.
   A minimum of 2 nights stay in low season
   A minimum of 5 nights stay in high season
   A minimum of 7 nights stay in peak season



4. Check in/out time
   Check-in time: 14:00
   Check-out time: 12:00
   Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability



5. Terms of Payment
   Credit card authorization + copy of the card (front & back) + passport copy of the card holder sent by facsimile or 50% deposit (from total reservation value) transferred to our IDR or USD Bank Account within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation, will guarantee the reservation.



6. Cancellation Policy
   - Without any charge 30 days before the check-in date
   - Between 29 days and 15 days will be charged 50% from the total room reservation value
   - Between 14 days and 0 days will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value
   - No show will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value



7. F&B
   Foods and beverages are on guest's account. First dinner in villa for a late check-in and/or first breakfast can be arranged upon request. All expenses are at guest's account.

The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.

Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
B'Fast "Included", means Breakfast is already included in our rates.
B'Fast "Excluded", means Breakfast is NOT included in our rates.
