TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Rate
   All rates are quoted in USD, subject to 21% government tax & service charge, inclusive of Daily breakfast prepared and served in villa (Fried Rice/Porridge/Noodles Available)
   Round trip airport transfer with Cold Towel and Flower upon Arrival
   In Villa Check In/Out
   In Villa Welcome Drink & Fresh fruit platter
   Foot Massage upon arrival
   Free Transfer to Kuta, Legian, Seminyak or Petitenget (subject to availability) only from 9am to 9pm
   Coffee and Tea making facilities
   Flow of hot & cold mineral water (at no cost)
   In villa DVD and CD player with a choice of hundred movies titles
   Choice of Games, Cards and Book collections
   Broadband Wireless Internet Connection (at no cost)
   Complimentary bottle of Balinese Red Wine
   Complimentary day of mini bar consumptions, excluding alcoholic beverages
   (for a minimum of 3 nights stay)
   Complimentary 1 hour SPA Massage for 2 Pax (for a minimum of 4 nights stay)
   Hospitable Treatments like a King and Queen (no minimum stay)

2. High & Peak Season Periods
   Low Season period: All Dates Out of High & Peak Season Dates
   High season period: December 21st - January 5th
   Peak season period: July 15th - September 15th



3. Minimum Stays:
   Low Season : 3-NIGHTS
   High Season: 5-NIGHTS
   Peak Season: 7-NIGHTS



4. Check in/out time
   Check-in time : 14:00
   Check-out time: 11:00
   Late check out until 18:00 is additional charge of 50 % from 1 (one) night room rates and subject to avaibility



5. Terms of Payment
   - Credit card authorization + copy of the card (front and back) + pasport copy of the card holder sent by faximile or 50 % deposit (from total reservation value) transfer to our USD Bank account within 7 (sevent) days of recieving our reservation confirmation, will gurantee the reservation
   - For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred.



6. Cancellation Policy.
   - Before 30 days check in date cancelation will charge at 10 % from total secure night as administration fee
   - Between 29 days and 15 days will charge 50 % from the total room night reservation value
   - Between 14 days and 0 days will charge 100 % from total room reservation value.
   - No show will be charge 100 % from total room reservation value.

The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.

Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
B'Fast "Included", means Breakfast is already included in our rates.
B'Fast "Excluded", means Breakfast is NOT included in our rates.
