TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Rate
   All rate are net, quoted in USD and inclusive of - Rate are net inclusive of 21% Goverment tax and service charge.
   - Daily breakfast
   - Family Plan : No charge for a maximum of two children 5 years old occupying same room with parents and 50% charge for a maximum of one child 12 years old occupying an extra bed.
   - Benefits of The Rates : Welcome drink, Fruit & Flower served in the room on arival, and Daily breakfast based on capacity.
   - Special Rate for Long Staying Guest.



2. High & Peak Season Periods
   Low Season period: Jul 1 to Aug 31 (add charge USD 25 from internet rate)
   High season period: Sep 18 to Sep 28 (add charge USD 25 from internet rate)
   Peak season period:Dec 20 to Jan 5 (add charge USD 35 from internet rate)



3. Minimum Stays:
   Low Season: 3-NIGHTS
   High Season: 5-NIGHTS
   Peak Season: 7-NIGHTS



4. Check in/out time
   Check-in time: 14:00

   The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.

   Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
   B'Fast "Included", means Breakfast is already included in our rates.
   B'Fast "Excluded", means Breakfast is NOT included in our rates.
