All prices are quoted in US$ (US Dollars), unless specified otherwise.
All rates are per villa per night for single or double occupancy.

Regular Season (Validity: January 10th to June 30th and September 16th to December 19th Excluded Chinese New Year and Easter Week)

High Season Validity: July 1st - 31st and September 1st - 15th Included Chinese New Year Week and Easter Week.)

Peak Season (Validity: August 1st – 31st and December 20th to January 9th)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Rate
   
   •Rates valid from the 1st April 2011 until the 31st March 2012.
   •Rates subject to additional 10% Government Tax.
   •Rates are quoted in USD and included: Welcome drink & Fruits, Cold towel and flower, Welcome meals (Breakfast on the firs day), Fully Staffed.
   •Rates are subject to change, however we will honour rates for all reservations booked and paid prior to any change made.
   •Agents must not publish rates lower than those listed by VILLA MANDALA as published rates
   .



2. High & Peak Season Periods
   Low Season: January 10th to June 30th and September 16th to December 19th,Excluded Chinese New Year and Easter Week
   High Season: July 15 - July 31, September 01 - September 15, Easter Week
   Peak Season: August 1st – 31st and December 20th to January 9th.
   
   
3. Booking or Reservation
   Reservation subject to availability and confirmation.
   A minimum of 3 nights stay in low season
   A minimum of 5 nights stay in high season
   A minimum of 10 nights stay in peak season



4. Check in/out time
   Check-in time: 14:00
   Check-out time: 12:00
   Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability



5. Terms of Payment
   Terms of Payment
   •For each booking confirmed, a deposit of 50% of the amount must be received by VILLA MANDALA within five (5) working days after confirmation of the reservation has been given. Please send a copy of the bank transfer emailed to VILLA MANDALA. If the deposit payment is not received within the appropriate period, your booking will be automatically released.
   •Final payment must have reached, in full, the bank account specified at time of invoicing, at latest 21 days prior to arrival (45 days for high and peak season bookings).
   •If the booking is made less than 21 days prior to arrival (or 45 days for high and peak season bookings); full payment is required within five (5) working days.
   •If confirmation is made less than 5 days before the booking commences, payment is due immediately.
   •For last minute bookings (within 7 days or less prior to arrival), full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable. In the case of last minute bookings where The Agent has confirmed a booking with VILLA MANDALA but VILLA MANDALA has yet to receive the deposit and/or final payment, the Agent remains responsible for all fees until full payment is received from client.
   •Security deposit is required. A deposit will be requested by the villa manager on arrival and will be refunded in full on the day of departure, unless damages/repairs need to be performed, in which case refunds will be made, less the cost of damages.
   



6. F&B
   Foods and beverages are on guest's account. First dinner in villa for a late check-in and/or first breakfast can be arranged upon request. All expenses are at guest's account.

The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.

Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
B'Fast "Included", means Breakfast is already included in our rates.
B'Fast "Excluded", means Breakfast is NOT included in our rates.
