All rates are per villa per night for single or double occupancy.

Regular Season (Validity: January 09 - July 14, September 16 - December 19, Not Including Easter Week)

High Season Validity: July 15 - July 31, September 01 - 15 Easter Week)

Peak Season (Validity: August 01 - 31 and December 20 - January 08 )

1. Rate
   The rates are quoted in USD net per night inclusive of :
   21% government tax & service charge
   Continental breakfast
   Welcome drink upon arrival
   Fresh fruits and flowers on arrival
   Airport transfers.
   SERVICE INCLUDE
   Our properties are fully equipped with bed linens, towels, cooking utensil etc. Item such as toilet paper, soap and drinking water are supplied at the villa. Gratuities for house hold staff shall be left to guest’s discretion.
   
   One of our staff will be at 'Ngurah Rai' airport to greet YOU on arrival and drive you and your family / party to your chosen holiday home. Transfers to and from the airport to villa are free of charge. Multiple transfers is additional charge.



2. High & Peak Season Periods
   Low Season period: January 09 - July 14, September 16 - December 19, Not Including Easter Week
   High season period: July 15 - July 31, September 01 - 15 Easter Week
   Peak season period: August 01 - 31 and December 20 - January 08



3. Minimum Stays:
   Low Season: 3-NIGHTS
   High Season: 5-NIGHTS
   Peak Season: 7-NIGHTS



4. Check in/out time
   Check-in time: 14:00
   Check-out time: 11:00
   Late check out until 18:00 is additional charge of 50 % from 1 (one) night room rates and subject to avaibility



5. Terms of Payment
   - Credit card authorization + copy of the card (front and back) + pasport copy of the card holder sent by faximile or 50 % deposit (from total reservation value) transfer to our USD Bank account within 7 (seven) days of recieving our reservation confirmation, will gurantee the reservation
   - For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred.



6. Cancellation Policy.
   - Before 30 days check in date cancelation will charge at 10 % from total secure night as administration fee
   - Between 29 days and 15 days will charge 50 % from the total room night reservation value
   - Between 14 days and 0 days will charge 100 % from total room reservation value.
   - No show will be charge 100 % from total room reservation value.

The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.

Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
B'Fast "Included", means Breakfast is already included in our rates.
B'Fast "Excluded", means Breakfast is NOT included in our rates.
