All rates are per villa per night for single or double occupancy.

Regular Season (Validity: January 9th to 30th June inclusive (excluding Chinese New Year & Easter Week),September 16th to December 19th inclusive. )

High Season Validity: Chinese New Year (2008) – 4th to 9th February 2008 inclusive , Easter Week (2008)- 21st to 27th March 2008 inclusive,July 1st to 31st inclusive,and September 1st to September 15th inclusive )

Peak Season (Validity: August 1st to 31st August inclusive,December 20th to 8th January inclusive )

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Rate
   All rate are subject to 10% of government tax and service charge, quoted in USD and inclusive of applicable daily breakfast based on 2 person per 1 bedroom, complimentary drop off car usage, welcome drink and cold towel and complimentary drinking water.

   Peak season period: August 1st to 31st August inclusive,December 20th to 8th January inclusive



4. Minimum Stays:
   Low Season: 3-NIGHTS
   High Season: 5-NIGHTS
   Peak Season: 10-NIGHTS



5. Check in/out time
   Check-in time: 14:00
   Check-out time: 11:00
   Late check out until 18:00 is additional charge of 50 % from 1 (one) night room rates and subject to avaibility



6. Terms of Payment
   - Credit card authorization + copy of the card (front and back) + pasport copy of the card holder sent by faximile or 50 % deposit (from total reservation value) transfer to our USD Bank account within 7 (seven) days of recieving our reservation confirmation, will gurantee the reservation
   - For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred.



7. Cancellation Policy.
   - Before 30 days check in date cancelation will charge at 10 % from total secure night as administration fee
   - Between 29 days and 15 days will charge 50 % from the total room night reservation value
   - Between 14 days and 0 days will charge 100 % from total room reservation value.
   - No show will be charge 100 % from total room reservation value.

The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.

Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
B'Fast "Included", means Breakfast is already included in our rates.
B'Fast "Excluded", means Breakfast is NOT included in our rates.
