All rates are per villa per night for single or double occupancy.

High Season Validity: July 1 - August 31, Chinese New Year & Easter Period.)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Rate
   All rates are quoted in USD with the following benefits:
   - Welcome drink and cool towel upon arrival
   - Fruit basket upon arrival
   - 1 x American Breakfast (first morning only)
   - Free starter pack (soft drinks, beers, peanuts and dry cakes)
   - Internet connection
   - Airport pick up service
   All rates are subject to 21% government tax and service charge.
   Long term rates are available upon request.



2. High & Peak Season Periods
   Low Season period: January 11 - June 30, September 16 - December 19
   High season period: July 1 - August, December 20 - January 10
   



3. Minimum Stays:
   Low Season: 3-NIGHTS
   High Season: 5-NIGHTS
   



4. Check in/out time
   Check-in time: 14:00
   Check-out time: 12:00
   Late check out until 18:00 is additional charge of 50 % from 1 (one) night room rates and subject to avaibility



5. Terms of Payment
   - 50 % deposit (from total reservation value) transfer to our USD Bank account within 7 (seven) days of receiving our reservation confirmation, will guarantee the reservation.
   - For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred.
   - With payment of the deposit the customer agrees on the Terms and Conditions and the management guarantee the reservation.



6. Cancellation Policy.
   Deposit is non-refundable. However, on case by case basis the management will aim to assist the customer to deal with changes in circumstances and allow the use of the deposit at a later time, within a time limit. This depends on availability and the advance notice of the changes in circumstances.

The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.

Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
B'Fast "Included", means Breakfast is already included in our rates.
B'Fast "Excluded", means Breakfast is NOT included in our rates.
