All prices are quoted in US$ (US Dollars), unless specified otherwise.
All rates are per villa per night for single or double occupancy.

Regular Season (Validity: Jan 9 to July 14 (inclusive), Sep 16 to Dec 19 (inclusive))

High Season Validity: Jul 15 – 31, Sep 1 - 15, ( inclusive ) Easter Week and Chinese New Year week)

Peak Season (Validity: Aug 1 – 31, Dec 20 – Jan 8 (inclusive))

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Rate
   All rates are is incur an extra 10% government tax & 5% service charge, quoted in USD and inclusive of return airport transfers, welcome kit and daily American Breakfast for 2 persons per room.



2. High & Peak Season Period:
   * LOW SEASON : Jan 9 to July 14 (inclusive), Sep 16 to Dec 19 (inclusive)
   * HIGH SEASON : Jul 15 – 31, Sep 1 - 15, ( inclusive )Easter Week and Chinese New Year week
   * PEAK SEASON : Aug 1 – 31, Dec 20 – Jan 8 (inclusive)



3. Booking or Reservation
   Reservation subject to availability and confirmation.
   A minimum of 3 nights stay in low season
   A minimum of 5 nights stay in high season
   A minimum of 10 nights stay in peak season



4. Check in/out time
   Check-in time: 14:00
   Check-out time: 12:00
   Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability



5. Terms of Payment
   Credit card authorization + copy of the card (front & back) + passport copy of the card holder sent by facsimile or 50% deposit (from total reservation value) transferred to our IDR or USD Bank Account within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation, will guarantee the reservation.



6. Cancellation Policy
   * Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 500, if the reservation is cancelled 60 days or more prior to
   departures (90 days for Christmas lettings). Reservation cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival
   are subject to forfeiture of deposit
   * Notice of cancellation must be received by owner in writing
   * Final payments are non-refundable



7. F&B
   Foods and beverages are on guest's account. First dinner in villa for a late check-in and/or first breakfast can be arranged upon request. All expenses are at guest's account.

The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.

Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
B'Fast "Included", means Breakfast is already included in our rates.
B'Fast "Excluded", means Breakfast is NOT included in our rates.
