All prices are quoted in US$ (US Dollars), unless specified otherwise.
All rates are per villa per night for single or double occupancy.

Regular Season (Validity: January 9 - July 14)

High Season Validity: July 15 - September 15)

Peak Season (Validity: December 20 - January 8)

1. Rates
All rates are subject to 15% government tax & service charge and inclusive of welcome drinks & fruit basket on arrival, daily re-stock mini bar (soft drinks), free internet connection, daily tea time and daily breakfast.

2. High & Peak Season Periods
High season period: July 15 - September 15, Chinese New Year, Easter Week, Golden week (last week of April - first week of May). Peak season period: December 20 - January 8.

3. Check in / out time
Check – in time : after 13.00
Check – out time : before 12.00
Late check out would be based on the availability
- Late check out until 15.00 without any charge
- Late check out until 16.00 with 50 % additional charge room/night
- A full one-night rate would be applied for check out after 16.00

4. Terms of payment
50% guarantee deposit of the total room nights would be conducted (20 days for the low season period and 30 days before the guest check in, for peak season periods), if there are any cancellations after the cut off date the guarantee deposit would belong to Villa Kecapi Bali automatically.
The balance due is upon arrival by US Dollars cash / Credit card: Visa or Master card.Kindly send us a copy of your transfer receipt by facsimile while if the payment would be conducted by credit card , kindly send us a photo copy of both front and back sides of your credit card . It would be most grateful if you would like to write down the number and the expire date of your credit card on the top of the copies sheet in order to enable us to see them clearly, and kindly send us a photo copy of your passport page to enable us to complete the transaction to our office.

5. Cancellation Policy
If there are any cancellations, We have to receive them in writing Cancellation policy during low season period:
There would not be additional charge for cancellations within 21 days before the guest check in 50% of the total room reservation would be charged for cancellation made within 20 and 14 days prior arrival 100 % of the total room reservation would be charged for cancellation made within 13 - 0 days prior arrival No show would be charged 100% of the total room reservation value.

6. Cancellation policy during peak season period :
There would not be additional charge for cancellations within 31 days before the guest check in 50% of the total room reservation would be charged for cancellation made within 31 – 20 days prior arrival 100 % of the total room reservation would be charged for cancellation made within 19 - 0 days prior arrival No show would be charged 100% of the total room reservation value.

The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.

Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
B'Fast "Included", means Breakfast is already included in our rates.
B'Fast "Excluded", means Breakfast is NOT included in our rates.
