Term and Conditions

1. Rates
   All rates are subject 21% to government tax, service charge, and the following benefits:
   - Airport services
   - Daily breakfast (ABF/Indonesian)
   - Welcome drink and cold towels on arrival
   - Free car & driver for Kuta, Seminyak and Nusa Dua area (on request and based on availability)
   - Free use of bicycle (on request and based on availability)
   - Fruit basket upon arrival
   - Birthday cake (for birthday guest only)
   - Honeymooner cake (for honeymoon guest only)
   - Ahimsa gift upon check out



2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season period: July 20 – September 07; peak season period: December 20 – January 07



3. Terms of Payment
   Credit card authorization + copy of the card (front & back) + passport copy of the card holder sent by facsimile or 50% deposit (from total reservation value) transferred to our IDR or USD Bank Account within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation, will guarantee the reservation.



4. Cancellation Policy
   - Without any charge 30 days before the check-in date
   - Between 29 days and 15 days will be charged 50% from the total room reservation value
   - Between 14 days and 0 days will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value
   - No show will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value

The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.

Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
B'Fast "Included", means Breakfast is already included in our rates.
B'Fast "Excluded", means Breakfast is NOT included in our rates.
