All rates are per villa per night for single or double occupancy.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Rate
   All rates are net, quoted in USD and inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge and the following benefits:
   • Welcome drink upon arrival
   • Daily Breakfast in the privacy of your own pool villa
   • Daily fresh fruits & flowers arrangements
   • Daily afternoon tea
   • Daily access to Resor Seminyak Beach Club
   • 24 hour Butler service
   • Free shuttle within Kuta/Seminyak area



2. Peak Season Period
   Peak season period: 20 December - 5 January
   Booking or Reservation
   Reservation subject to availability and confirmation. A minimum of 3 nights stay is required during peak season period.
   
   
3. Check in/out time
   Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00
   Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability
   
   
4. Terms of Payment
   Credit card authorization + copy of the card (front & back) + passport copy of the card holder sent by facsimile or 50% deposit (from total reservation value) transferred to our IDR or USD Bank Account within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation, will guarantee the reservation.
   
   
5. Cancellation Policy
   - Without any charge 30 days before the check-in date
   - Between 29 days and 15 days will be charged 50% from the total room reservation value
   - Between 14 days and 0 days will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value
   - No show will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value

The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.

Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
B'Fast "Included", means Breakfast is already included in our rates.
B'Fast "Excluded", means Breakfast is NOT included in our rates.
