The Cemara Umalas Bali Villas are an exclusive collection of family orientated villa accommodations in three distinct locations on the isle of Bali. Cemara Umalas is surrounded by rice terraces in a peaceful neighbourhood, Cemara Seminyak is in the heart of Bali’s most sophisticated wining and dining district and Cemara Saba is found within a sleepy coastal village that is renowned for its artistic heritage.
Combining modern design principals with elements of traditional Balinese architecture, The Cemara Villas recreate spacious home environments that cater to the needs of families, groups of friends and corporate travellers. Cemara Umalas I & II
Identical Villas I & II are set together in a private garden compound featuring a communal full-length swimming pool in the centre. Designed in an open concept, the integrated living and dining space captures plenty of natural sunlight and air circulation. An adjacent kitchen facility, with all necessary home conveniences, is available for practical meal preparations.
Modern rattan furnishings and earthy terrazzo floors contribute to a casual décor that can be described as modern tropical. A total of three bedrooms, including a master suite and two upstairs bedrooms with en-suite bathroom facilities featuring indulging rain showers, give guests a choice of sleeping alternatives. A cosy studio cum television room can also be set up as an additional bedroom, should the need arise.
Edged by a grass pathway, the communal pool with its ornamental water wall is the main focal point of this entire villa compound. Sleeping quarters, comprising of a ground floor master suite and studio, as well as two additional upstairs bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom facility, are located at each end of the pool. Both villas can comfortably accommodate up to six adults with complete private ensured for everyone. The studio, which features a television with a wide choice of satellite channels, can also be set up as a bedroom if required
Cemara Umalas III & IV
Twin Villas III & IV are defined by a generous semi-open living and dining environment integrated under an extensive thatched rooftop with fully equipped kitchen facilities positioned side-by-side. Stylish rattan furnishings, together with decorative stone columns and crisp white drapes give this setting and elegant touch.
The Cemara Villas are managed by a team of experienced hospitality professionals who are trained to anticipate guest needs with a personalized level of service.

Every Cemara Villa is serviced daily by staff members who take of all housekeeping, maintenance and gardening duties in an unobtrusive manner that does not disturb privacy in any way. A complimentary cooked breakfast is prepared daily for every villa guest at a preferred time. Around the clock security safeguards each villa property and ensures peace of mind throughout the duration of every family or group stay.

Terms of Payment
• A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation form with the final balance to be paid in cash at the villa upon arrival.
• For bookings made 7 days or less before arrival, full final cash payment is required at the villa upon arrival.
• All payments are to be made in US dollars either via electronic bank transfer (account details will be given at time of booking) or by cash in US dollar bank notes at the villa. For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred.
Cancellation Policy
• For bookings that are cancelled 31 days or more before arrival, deposits will be returned in full less a US$ 100 administrative fee.
• For bookings that are cancelled 30 days or less before arrival, deposits will be non-refundable.
• Notices of cancellation must be received in writing (by fax, email or mail).
• In cases where a guest has confirmed a booking with a deposit but we have yet to receive the balance of payment and the booking is cancelled, the guest will be responsible for the payment.
Foods and beverages are on guest's account. First dinner in villa for a late check-in and/or first breakfast can be arranged upon request. All expenses are at guest's account.

The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.
Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
