3 Bedroom Villa - Villa Banteng is located in the Kerobokan district, a short 15-minute drive from the tourist Mecca of Kuta / Legian / Seminyak with its trendy bars, restaurants and beaches. It is a 20-minute drive from Nirwana Bali Golf Course, the island's pre-eminent signature golf course, and 35 minutes from the airport.
Villa Banteng comprises two villas (Atas & Bawah), set amid Bali's famous paddy fields, offering luxury and privacy with the convenience of a fully serviced hotel.
Built along the slope of a rice terrace, the villas boast stunning views of the surrounding rice fields, particularly spectacular at sunset.
Each luxury villa has three ensuite air-conditioned bedrooms, including an exclusively-crafted, Sulawesi-built wooden pavilion on stilts, as well as a large swimming pool, a dining room, lounges and garden.
Villa Banteng Atas
This open concept, 3 bedroom villa excudes Balinese charm. The main two-floor structure boasts stunning views of the surrounding rice fields from its bedrooms, especially spectacular at sunset. A central lawn provides the perfect setting for sun-set parties or candle-lit dinners. Enjoy its large infinity swimming pool, and cozy nearby games area.
Villa Banteng Bawah
Villa Bawah was influenced by Sri Lankan architecture. Built on a single level, with myriad (planted and red-brick) gardens, a sunken lounge, and zen area with swing. The swimming pool runs the length of the villa, from the door-step of one bedroom, to a unique Sulawesi-built wooden pavilion.

- Rate
All rates are subject to 15% of taxes, quoted in USD and inclusive of return airport transfers, welcome kit and daily American Breakfast for 2 persons per room. - High & Peak Season Periods
Low Season period: January 8 - July 19, September 16 - December 19
High season period: July 20 - September 15, Easter Week, Chinese New Year
Peak season period: December 20 - January 7 - Booking or Reservation

A minimum of 3 nights stay in low season
A minimum of 5 nights stay in high season - Check in/out time
Check-in time: 14:00
Check-out time: 12:00
Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability - Terms of Payment
Terms of Payment
- A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation form with the final balance should be settled one month prior to arrival date
- For bookings made 7 days or less before arrival, full final cash payment is required at the villa upon arrival.
- All payments are to be made in US dollars either via electronic bank transfer (account details will be given at time of booking) or by cash in US dollar bank notes at the villa. For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for anybank charges incurred. - Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
- For bookings that are cancelled 31 days or more before arrival, deposits will be returned in full less a US$100 administrative fee.
- For bookings that are cancelled 30 days or less before arrival, deposits will be non-refundable.
- Notices of cancellation must be received in writing (by fax, email or mail).
- In cases where a guest has confirmed a booking with a deposit but we have yet to receive the balance of payment and the booking is cancelled, the guest will be responsible for the payment. - F&B
Foods and beverages are on guest's account. First dinner in villa for a late check-in and/or first breakfast can be arranged upon request. All expenses are at guest's account.
The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.
Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
B'Fast "Included", means Breakfast is already included in our rates.
B'Fast "Excluded", means Breakfast is NOT included in our rates.
