5 Bedroom Villa - Villa Sawah sits atop 6,000 square meters of lush tropical garden is located in an undeveloped area in the village of "Umalas" in the Kerobokan district, surrounded by natural beauty.
It is appropriately named, since "Sawah" means, "rice fields" in Indonesian. The villa has a rustic charm and is a perfect hideaway for anyone wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of Kuta to discover the real Bali.
Bedrooms
Villa Sawah has 5 air-conditioned bedrooms all with their own bathrooms and showers, there is even a Jacuzzi in one bathroom! The predominant style throughout the villa is rustic and the house is filled with antique furniture and ornaments collected from all over the archipelago that compliment this theme.
This villa attracts a lot of repeat business because of its warm atmosphere, relaxing location and great food! We guarantee you will enjoy staying here.
Swimming Pool
The centerpiece of this beautiful villa has to be the unique 20 x 6 meter crescent shaped swimming pool that follows the natural contours of the rice paddies. This is a great place to spend the day relaxing and on each side of the pool are resting pavilions with a diving platform for when you need to cool off.
Tropical Garden
The huge 6,000 meter garden also offers many places to sit and relax either with friends or alone. For the more adventurous there are many "Parit" or footpaths through the rice fields that lead down to the beach. There are lots of "round robin" walks through neighboring villages and across the fields for you to explore.
This is an excellent way to meet the people and wildlife of Bali. Best attempted before breakfast or late afternoon as it gets hot here between 9am until around 3pm or late afternoon.

All rates are net, quoted in USD and inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge, return airport transfers, welcome kit and daily American Breakfast for 2 persons per room. - High & Peak Season Periods

Terms of Payment
• A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation form with the final balance should be settled one month prior to arrival date
• For bookings made 7 days or less before arrival, full final cash payment is required at the villa upon arrival.
• All payments are to be made in US dollars either via electronic bank transfer (account details will be given at time of booking) or by cash in US dollar bank notes at the villa. For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for anybank charges incurred. - Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
• For bookings that are cancelled 31 days or more before arrival, deposits will be returned in full less a US$100 administrative fee.
• For bookings that are cancelled 30 days or less before arrival, deposits will be non-refundable.
• Notices of cancellation must be received in writing (by fax, email or mail).
• In cases where a guest has confirmed a booking with a deposit but we have yet to receive the balance of payment and the booking is cancelled, the guest will be responsible for the payment. - F&B
Foods and beverages are on guest's account. First dinner in villa for a late check-in and/or first breakfast can be arranged upon request. All expenses are at guest's account.

The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.
Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
