2 Bedroom Villa - Villa Bali Bali Two is a beautiful small villa ideal for a family plan trip. It offers a complete joy and comforts set in a cozy seclusion. No other word to explain, but pretty. Once you step your feet in front of the villa, you will feel comfortable being welcomed by the lotus pond with its hand made waterfall. The entrance to this villa is across large stones set within this pond.
The villa features 2 nice bedrooms; spacious open plan living area; fully equipped kitchen; pretty swimming pool.

Both bedrooms are situated opposite the dining area and kitchen. The Master Bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, an en-suite bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi tub formed of native stone with a hardwood finish.
The second bedroom has an access to the pool thru a sliding door. It is equipped with a queen size bed, wooden floor, en-suite bathroom featuring shower and twin marble basins.

The concept of the architecture is to make the living area as the center point of the villa. It is equipped with a large sofa with colorful cushions and a large space to enjoy the view of the garden and pool. Next to the living area is the dining area seats for six. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all modern cooking utensil.

Next to the second bedroom is the swimming pool possesses an avant-garde design and a wooden deck running down one side.

Terms of Payment
• A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation form with the final balance should be settled one month prior to arrival date
• For bookings made 7 days or less before arrival, full final cash payment is required at the villa upon arrival.
• All payments are to be made in US dollars either via electronic bank transfer (account details will be given at time of booking) or by cash in US dollar bank notes at the villa. For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for anybank charges incurred. - Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
• For bookings that are cancelled 31 days or more before arrival, deposits will be returned in full less a US$100 administrative fee.
• For bookings that are cancelled 30 days or less before arrival, deposits will be non-refundable.
• Notices of cancellation must be received in writing (by fax, email or mail).
• In cases where a guest has confirmed a booking with a deposit but we have yet to receive the balance ofpayment and the booking is cancelled, the guest will be responsible for the payment. - F&B
Foods and beverages are on guest's account. First dinner in villa for a late check-in and/or first breakfast can be arranged upon request. All expenses are at guest's account.

The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.
Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
