5 Bedroom Villa - Surya Damai is the Indonesian word for the peaceful sun-shine. Villa Surya Damai sits atop 2,750 sq.m., is a new brand villa designed and constructed by the well-known company DG Jones, the builders of the Four Seasons Hotel in Bali and number of other villas which are of the highest standard on the island. With its nice and strategic location, its luxurious amenities and facilities, the villa successfully represents this nice name.
The villa itself is strategically situated on the edge of the village of Umalas, 15 minutes walk across the rice paddies to Batu Belig beach where some of Bali's most well-known beachside restaurants can be found, some minutes to the fashionable Seminyak with its highest-quality delicatessen shops and bakeries in Bali. The villa boasts its large overlooking rice field and green sceneries.
The property is designed around a traditional Balinese-style open-sided living room that leads to the pool deck and 18m pool. There is a master suite consisting of bedroom, bathroom and sitting room (air-conditioned) and two verandahs, a principal guest suite, and three further bedrooms all with private, outdoor-garden bathrooms. All rooms are with the highest quality furnishings, curtains and extremely comfortable mattresses. The rooms all benefit from views across the compound.
There is also an upper-floor verandah-style living room overlooking the whole property and featuring panoramic views of the river and rice-fields. A separate formal dining room overlooking the pool and rice paddies comfortably accommodates a maximum 12 persons.
The gardens are extensive and provide space, serenity and views that complement the atmosphere of this traditionally-styled and private compound.
To create a joyful holiday there are 3 TV/DVD/sound systems together with satellite TV connections to 40 stations as well as extension speakers in the dining room. The systems are located in the master suite's sitting room, the main living room and the upper verandah, and are all of the highest and most up-to-date standards being the latest Bose Lifestyle models and Philips Pixel-Plus TVs.
Last but not least, we have a championship tennis court with a hard-court surface.

All rates are net, quoted in USD and inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge, return airport transfers, welcome kit and daily American Breakfast for 2 persons per room. - High & Peak Season Periods

Terms of Payment
• A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation form with the final balance should be settled one month prior to arrival date
• For bookings made 7 days or less before arrival, full final cash payment is required at the villa upon arrival.
• All payments are to be made in US dollars either via electronic bank transfer (account details will be given at time of booking) or by cash in US dollar bank notes at the villa. For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for anybank charges incurred. - Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
• For bookings that are cancelled 31 days or more before arrival, deposits will be returned in full less a US$100 administrative fee.
• For bookings that are cancelled 30 days or less before arrival, deposits will be non-refundable.
• Notices of cancellation must be received in writing (by fax, email or mail).
• In cases where a guest has confirmed a booking with a deposit but we have yet to receive the balance of payment and the booking is cancelled, the guest will be responsible for the payment. - F&B
Foods and beverages are on guest's account. First dinner in villa for a late check-in and/or first breakfast can be arranged upon request. All expenses are at guest's account.

The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.
