4-5 Bedroom Villa - Behind high walls guaranteeing its security, this villa has its own grounds containing a guesthouse, two-story main house, and a private sixteen-meter swimming pool. Prominent features of the house are its large open-air living room opening on the pool deck, providing an easy transition from indoors to out. Its large freeform swimming pool has an eye-catching shape, emphasizing and reinforcing the minimalist features of the villa. The dΓ©cor is funky yet stylish, pulling a mix of elements together into a modern and youthful combination.
The two buildings feature a mix of stone, wood and marble flooring. High ceilings grace all the rooms with the focus of the complex being inwards toward the swimming pool. All the bedrooms feature air-conditioning, with fans decorating the ceilings within the open-air areas. A bathtub large enough for more than two looking out onto is own private garden is the focal point of the master bedroom. There are four full-sized bedrooms with queen-sized bed, all with en-suite bathrooms. Additional sleeping space is provided with the inclusion of a fifth bedroom featuring a single bed intended for use by children or nannies.

The Maharaj Villa Bali is fully serviced by:
A full-time house manager - Oversees and coordinates the staff and property and is available to assist guests during their stay.
One full-time cook - Trained in the preparation of both local and international cuisine. A menu is provided, and the cook will do all the market shopping.
Two maids - Responsible for housekeeping duties, taking care of your daily laundry and providing waiter service around the grounds and buildings of the property.
Four security guards - Their duties are to patrol the grounds and guard the entrance of the villa from dusk to dawn ensuring your security.
One gardener and pool attendant - Tending the garden and the grounds of the villa. They ensure that the facilities of the villa run smoothly during your visit.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Rate
All rates are subject to 10% government tax and 5% service charge quoted in USD and inclusive of daily breakfast based on 2 person per bedroom, welcome drink and cold towel and complimentary drinking water. - Peak Season Period
Low Season period: January 9 - June 30 (except Easter Week, Chinese New Year), September 16 - December 19
High season period: July 1 - 31, September 1 -15, Easter Week, Chinese New Year
Peak season period: August 1 - 31, December 20 - January 8 - Booking or Reservation
Reservation subject to availability and confirmation. A minimum of 3 nights stay is required during peak season period. - Check in/out time
Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00
Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability - Terms of Payment
A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation form with the final balance to be paid in cash at the villa upon arrival.
For bookings made 7 days or less before arrival, full final cash payment is required at the villa upon arrival.
All payments are to be made in US dollars either via electronic bank transfer (account details will be given at time of booking) or by cash in US dollar bank notes at the villa. For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred. - Cancellation Policy
For bookings that are cancelled 31 days or more before arrival, deposits will be returned in full less a US$ 100 administrative fee.
For bookings that are cancelled 30 days or less before arrival, deposits will be non-refundable.
Notices of cancellation must be received in writing (by fax, email or mail).
In cases where a guest has confirmed a booking with a deposit but we have yet to receive the balance of payment and the booking is cancelled, the guest will be responsible for the payment. - F&B
Foods and beverages are on guest's account. First dinner in villa for a late check-in and/or first breakfast can be arranged upon request. All expenses are at guest's account.
The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.
Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
B'Fast "Included", means Breakfast is already included in our rates.
B'Fast "Excluded", means Breakfast is NOT included in our rates.
