Views from the villa span the Indian Ocean and out towards Bali’s international airport. The renowned surfing break Uluwatu is not that far away, while a 20 minute drive in the opposite direction reveals the shopping and nightlife district of Kuta.
Villa Tegeh Sari Bali is set with in a mature garden environment complete with towering palms and vibrant hues of exotic orchids. It has been built in a traditional pavilion style with thatched roofing and modern touches highlighting the comforts of Balinese villa living. The Living Space
A central living pavilion is tiered over the swimming pool and garden with refreshing views out towards the ocean. Offering basic luxuries and home comforts, the pavilion incorporates a cozy lounge alcove, fully equipped kitchen recess and dining table. A private swimming pool complete the setting
The Bedrooms
Air-conditioned adult sized master bedrooms are proportionately spaced to ensure optimal privacy. Each bedroom features a unique semi-outdoor garden en-suite bathroom. In-room satellite television and high-tech stereo system provides entertainment for couples who wish to remain within the villa compound during the evening.
Villa Tegeh Sari Bali has been built in traditional pavilion style, is comfortably furnished and sleeps up to 4 persons. The main living pavilion is home to the breakfast bar & kitchen and the lounge area has ample seating that looks out across the small garden to the swimming pool. This villa offers basic luxury and is comfortably furnished, giving it a very homely feel.
Either side of the main living pavilion are the two bedrooms, that comfortably sleep up to 4 persons in two stylish canopied beds, both are fitted with large king sized mattresses. Each bedroom connects to its own open ‘garden style’ "Mandi" bathroom.

Entertainment comes in the form of Satellite TV and a stereo system. Alternatively the villa is just a 20 minute drive to the surf, shops and nightlife of Kuta, Legian and the fashionable Seminyak district.
For surfers and body boarders alike there is the lure of the world class surf breaks at Uluwatu and Nusa Dua and Kuta. From this villa you can easily check the surf as it looks out toward Kuta's famous Airport Left & Right surf breaks. Boat rides to this break can be easily hired from the village.
This relaxing home with its lush tropical garden is a perfect base for anyone working to a budget but seeking the intimacy that comes with renting a private villa in Bali.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Rate
All rates are net, quoted in USD and inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge, return airport transfers, welcome kit and daily American Breakfast for 2 persons per room. - High & Peak Season Periods
No high season or peak season surcharge will be applied.
- Booking or Reservation
Reservation subject to availability and confirmation. A minimum of 3 nights stay is required.
- Check in/out time
Check-in time: 14:00
Check-out time: 12:00
Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability - Terms of Payment
Terms of Payment
• A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation form with the final balance to be paid in cash at the villa upon arrival.
• For bookings made 7 days or less before arrival, full final cash payment is required at the villa upon arrival.
• All payments are to be made in US dollars either via electronic bank transfer (account details will be given at time of booking) or by cash in US dollar bank notes at the villa. For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred. - Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
• For bookings that are cancelled 31 days or more before arrival, deposits will be returned in full less a US$ 100 administrative fee.
• For bookings that are cancelled 30 days or less before arrival, deposits will be non-refundable.
• Notices of cancellation must be received in writing (by fax, email or mail).
• In cases where a guest has confirmed a booking with a deposit but we have yet to receive the balance of payment and the booking is cancelled, the guest will be responsible for the payment. - F&B
Foods and beverages are on guest's account. First dinner in villa for a late check-in and/or first breakfast can be arranged upon request. All expenses are at guest's account.

The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.
