From the gates, the stairs, bordered on each side by illumined fountains, gives access, on the ground floor, to the open air living area furnished with modern sofa and armchairs featuring a large semi circular bar and its high chairs.
Directly connected, a air conditioned dining room with large sliding door, to be opened, features an eight seats table and an interior bar linked to the modern and well equipped kitchen and storage room.
Two bedrooms with dressing and en suite bathrooms including open air shower are completing the main building. On the first floor, there is an amazing air conditioned circular lounge with sliding door all around furnished with very comfortable and relaxing seats to enjoy the magnificent view.
Directly connected the king size bed master bedroom with dressing room and large en suite bathroom overlooks a large swimming pool, the open air Jacuzzi and a huge gazebo equipped for massage and furnished with long chairs and another dinning table. Terms of Payment
• A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation form with the final balance to be paid in cash at the villa upon arrival.
• For bookings made 7 days or less before arrival, full final cash payment is required at the villa upon arrival.
• All payments are to be made in US dollars either via electronic bank transfer (account details will be given at time of booking) or by cash in US dollar bank notes at the villa. For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred. - Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
• For bookings that are cancelled 31 days or more before arrival, deposits will be returned in full less a US$ 100 administrative fee.
• For bookings that are cancelled 30 days or less before arrival, deposits will be non-refundable.
• Notices of cancellation must be received in writing (by fax, email or mail).
• In cases where a guest has confirmed a booking with a deposit but we have yet to receive the balance of payment and the booking is cancelled, the guest will be responsible for the payment. - F&B
Foods and beverages are on guest's account. First dinner in villa for a late check-in and/or first breakfast can be arranged upon request. All expenses are at guest's account.

The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.
