Villas and Suites
Each villa is exclusively yours and has three double bedrooms with ensuites. A freshly prepared breakfast is included in the daily tariff and each villa has its own personal housekeeper who will ensure your holiday is one of total relaxation taking care of all the laundry, shopping, cleaning and ironing on a daily basis. She will even take care of your shopping, if required.

Space and Comfort
Robin's Place has been built for life in the tropics. Well appointed open living and dining areas looking out into a tropical garden paradise. Most bedrooms have a private bathroom. The space and comfort of the villas make your stay more enjoyable as you are not confined to the standard dog box hotel room that contains a bed, TV and small bathroom and not much else.

Price
Surprisingly a stay at Robin's Place will cost less than the US$80–200 (AU$160–400) per room that good hotels charge in Bali. Hotel transfers, limited minibar, breakfast, laundry even water are included in the Robin's Place tariff but will be an added extra in any hotel room charge. To top it off hotels don't allow self-catering in rooms and charge a massive 21% Goods and Services Tax on everything. Robin's Place averages US$70 per double bedroom and all the advantages are thrown in free.

Personalised Service
From the moment you arrive you will enjoy the friendly welcome of the domestic staff. They will help you experience Bali culture first-hand and will take care of the gardens, pool, cleaning, laundry, shopping and all those mundane tasks you go on holidays to escape. The staff have their own separate accommodation on the property and are hardly visible, but are there if you need them.

- Rate
All rates are net, quoted in USD and inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge, return airport transfers, welcome kit and daily American Breakfast for 2 persons per room. - Peak Season Periods
Peak season period: January, April, August and September - Booking or Reservation
Reservation subject to availability and confirmation. It is OK to share houses among families up to the maximum allowed limit per house as this helps to reduce accommodation costs. Minimum stay in each villa is 7 nights - Check in/out time

Check-out time: 12:00
Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability - Terms of Payment
Terms of Payment
• A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation form with the final balance to be paid in cash at the villa upon arrival.
• For bookings made 7 days or less before arrival, full final cash payment is required at the villa upon arrival.
• All payments are to be made in US dollars either via electronic bank transfer (account details will be given at time of booking) or by cash in US dollar bank notes at the villa. For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred. - Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
• For bookings that are cancelled 31 days or more before arrival, deposits will be returned in full less a US$ 100 administrative fee.
• For bookings that are cancelled 30 days or less before arrival, deposits will be non-refundable.
• Notices of cancellation must be received in writing (by fax, email or mail).
• In cases where a guest has confirmed a booking with a deposit but we have yet to receive the balance of payment and the booking is cancelled, the guest will be responsible for the payment. - F&B
Foods and beverages are on guest's account. First dinner in villa for a late check-in and/or first breakfast can be arranged upon request. All expenses are at guest's account.

The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.
