The villa features a large private swimming pool with tropical gardens and is designed around a traditional Balinese village atmosphere. The villa has one large master bedroom pavilion and a second pavilion with two bedrooms. The villa facilities includes a clubhouse with gym, massage room, and restaurant. It is a perfect location for couples, families or groups celebrating a special occasion such as a birthday, wedding, or anniversary.
Jimbaran Bay is home to the island’s most exclusive and prestigious five star hotels, resorts and luxury rental villas. The villa is an easy 10 minutes drive from the Bali International Airport.

The master bedroom features a four poster bed with a decorative (but also functional) mosquito netting looking out over the garden and swimming pool. Sliding glass doors can be opened to savor the Balinese climate or air conditioning is available for a restful sleep. A spacious bathroom offers his and her sinks, a large bathtub, and an outdoor shower. There is plenty of storage and hanging space in the fitted cupboards, which also contain a safe deposit box.
The two guest bedrooms were designed with to meet the requirements of different type of guests. The beds feature twin mattresses that may be moved together or remain separated, and there are additional mattresses under each bed that may be conveniently rolled out to sleep up to four guests in each room. Sliding glass doors open from the bedroom on to a small veranda overlooking the garden and swimming pool. Each bedroom features a large built-in closets. The bedrooms have a spacious terrazzo-floored bathroom with a large bathtub or walk-in shower.
All bedrooms include safe deposit boxes, air conditioning, ceiling fans, large built-in cabinets with clothes hangers, reading lamps, and arched ceilings with traditional Balinese alang-alang (thatched) roofs.

Restaurant and Bar
The restaurant and bar is perfect for a romantic rendezvous, a quiet spot to enjoy the sunsets, a place to meet friends, or celebrate special occasions for a large number of guests. The restaurant serves international, Asian and Balinese cuisine by attentive and friendly service. The second and third floor dining and bar area has an impressive view of Jimbaran Bay and the main Bali island. Room service is available.
Massage Room and Gym
The massage room is a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing and shopping. Traditional Balinese massages are available in a room designed for tranquility.
The fully stocked gym is available for guests to stay in shape during their stay in Bali. The equipment includes free weights, aerobic machines, and weight machines.

All rates are quoted in USD dollars, the rates subject to 11% Government Tax. Villas are designed to accommodate 2 people per bedroom. Additional beds are available upon request. - High & Peak Season Periods
Low Season period: January 16th - March 31st, May 1 - June 30th, November 1st - 30th
High season period: April 1st - 30th, July 1st - July 15th, September 16th - October 31th, December 1 -December 14th
Peak season period: July 15th - September 15th, December 15th - January 15th - Minimum Stays:
Low Season: 3-NIGHTS
High Season: 7-NIGHTS
Peak Season: 10-NIGHTS - Check in/out time

Late check out until 18:00 is additional charge of 50 % from 1 (one) night room rates and subject to avaibility - Terms of Payment
- Credit card authorization + copy of the card (front and back) + pasport copy of the card holder sent by faximile or 50 % deposit (from total reservation value) transfer to our USD Bank account within 7 (sevent) days of recieving our reservation confirmation, will gurantee the reservation
- For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred. - Cancellation Policy.
- Before 30 days check in date cancelation will charge at 10 % from total secure night as administration fee
- Between 29 days and 15 days will charge 50 % from the total room night reservation value
- Between 14 days and 0 days will charge 100 % from total room reservation value.
- No show will be charge 100 % from total room reservation value.
The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.
Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
