Our properties are fully equipped with bed linens, towels, cooking utensil etc. Item such as toilet paper, soap and drinking water are supplied at the villa. Gratuities for house hold staff shall be left to guest’s discretion.
One of our staff will be at 'Ngurah Rai' airport to greet YOU on arrival and drive you and your family / party to your chosen holiday home. Transfers to and from the airport to villa are free of charge. Multiple transfers is additional charge. - High & Peak Season Periods

- Before 30 days check in date cancelation will charge at 10 % from total secure night as administration fee
- Between 29 days and 15 days will charge 50 % from the total room night reservation value
- Between 14 days and 0 days will charge 100 % from total room reservation value.
- No show will be charge 100 % from total room reservation value.
The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.
Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
