Villa Baja Bali is a private 3 bedrooms villa, with " A Fantastic Ocean View " and all of the 5 star amenities and services. Each room comes with private dressing room and a spacious bathroom with first class bath appliances just to perfect your daybreak. Enjoy a total relax while in Villa Baja. A Big screen TV with satellite connection, VCR movies on tape and VCD are available for free at the villa.
The entire Villa Baja comprises 3 A/C ensuite bedrooms accommodative for 3 couples (6 pax), and 1 A/C antique Lumbung (Rice Barn) with a loft bedroom (no Bathroom but great for a couple of kids or even a grown couple who don't mind the easy access to a nearby bathroom with bath and shower). Villa Baja will easily accommodate 3 couples (6 pax), while the 3 ensuite bedrooms can be rented separately on a daily / weekly / monthly basis.
More joy is brought by the 13-meter infinity edge pool with in-ground Jacuzzi appropriate for private use or the whole family. A scenic view from the pool side and the living room gives would be the worthy memorable experience of your lifetime. And to complete your needs, a barn-style space lies between the two buildings with a "Bale Bengong" underneath. It could be turned into an office, additional bedroom or even a nursery room.

Villa Baja Bali is suited with three luxurious bedrooms, a sparkling fully equipped eastern styled kitchen, and romantic dinning room. The entire Villa Baja compound is furnished with high quality antique furniture and accessories. There is a 150 years old carved teakwood Joglo from the North Coast of Java that dominates the main dining hall. The floors are made from antique tiles removed from old buildings in Java. There are antique doors and fixtures used throughout the compound.
Villa Baja guests are serviced by 5 full-time staff (8 am - 5 pm) and 1 staff who sleeps in quarters above the garage. There is security team patrolling the entire night outside as well. Rental cars and all other amenities can be arranged through Villa Baja staff.
The Kitchen
There are two fully-equipped kitchens with breakfast bars, cooker and fridge at Villa Baja, so you can purchase groceries and cook up whatever you like for your lunches and dinners. Save heaps of your money! You can buy all your drinks and other items at the super market and keeping them in one of the fridges.
There are a slew of fantastic barbeque seafood restaurants right on the beach in Jimbaran, just a 3 minutes ride down the hill. Or you can splurge and dine at one the many fine restaurants at either The Ritz Carlton Resort - 5 minutes up the hill. The Ritz sits on a high cliff overlooking the Indian Ocean. The 4 Seasons Resort, or the Inter Continental Hotel Resort. All of which are at Jimbaran Beach (just minutes from Villa Baja).
The Living Space
The living and dining environment merge together under a magnificently carved antique pavilion reminiscent of a bygone era. Encompassed by a fish pond, the area is slightly raised to expose views of Baliβs famous sunset and catch the fresh evening breeze that wafts up from the ocean
The Pool
An infinity edge swimming pool, complete with Jacuzzi, creates an illusion that you can swim out to the ocean beyond. It is edged by timber decking with loungers and umbrellas for relaxing moments spend soaking up rays of tropical sunlight
The Services
The villa is serviced by a team of 5 staff who will take care of all housekeeping, gardening and pool maintenance duties. One staff member resides in a special unit located above the garage should the need arise for any additional duties. Security guards also patrol the outer boundaries of the villas throughout the night. All bedrooms are equipped with satellite television and an up-to-date library of popular films is maintained. The following services are all available; doctor on call, babysitting, tours, taxis, money changing and safety deposit boxes.

All rates are net, quoted in USD and inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge, return airport transfers, welcome kit and daily American Breakfast for 2 persons per room. - High & Peak Season Periods
Low Season period: January 16 - July 14, September 8 - December 14
High season period: July 15 September 7, Easter Week
Peak season period: December 15 January 15 - Booking or Reservation

Terms of Payment
A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation form with the final balance to be paid in cash at the villa upon arrival.
For bookings made 7 days or less before arrival, full final cash payment is required at the villa upon arrival.
All payments are to be made in US dollars either via electronic bank transfer (account details will be given at time of booking) or by cash in US dollar bank notes at the villa. For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred. - Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
For bookings that are cancelled 31 days or more before arrival, deposits will be returned in full less a US$ 100 administrative fee.
For bookings that are cancelled 30 days or less before arrival, deposits will be non-refundable.
Notices of cancellation must be received in writing (by fax, email or mail).
In cases where a guest has confirmed a booking with a deposit but we have yet to receive the balance of payment and the booking is cancelled, the guest will be responsible for the payment. - F&B
Foods and beverages are on guest's account. First dinner in villa for a late check-in and/or first breakfast can be arranged upon request. All expenses are at guest's account.

The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.
Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
