Bedrooms
The soft lighting and high ceilings create an intimate atmosphere. The furniture pack includes a black solid timber king size bed with night tables and a cream colored bed box. Soft lighting lends romance to the elegantly furnished bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own full sized private bathroom with indoor/outdoor showers and marble bath tubs, decorated with plants to give a natural feeling of bathing in the outdoors under a waterfall. Guests and owners can rest while enjoying the view of the peaceful lavish garden and swimming pool through the big crystal clear windows. The rooms all have air-conditioning, wooden ceiling, marble floors, and spacious wardrobes with built-in lighting.

There is an obvious sensitivity towards the surrounding environment, whilst respecting the rich culture of the island, its fine artistry and Hindu heritage.

Check in times is 14:00 in the afternoon and check out time is 12:00 noon. Every effort will be made to accommodated requests for late check out, however, this cannot be guaranteed. Early check in will be granted the same courtesy if accommodations are available - Payment
Terms of Payment
A 50% - non refundable deposit is required by the villa owner to secure the villa. And final payment to be settled 45 days before arrival in Bali by cash US Dollar. - Cancellation
Cancellation
Cancellation of a booking at any time may result in forfeiture of deposits. Deposit will be refunded for a cancellation if we can re-booked the villa for the period of the initial booking. If only a portion of the rental time is re-booked, a pro-rated refund will be made. Any rental payments which qualify for a refund, whether in whole or pro-rated, will be subject to a deduction of a 20% administration fee.
Accepted payment by credit card (Visa Card and MasterCard only) with 3.50 % surcharge for administration fee. Clients will need to send a guarantee letter by FAX to authorize us to debit such amount on the card, together with the copy of its both sides and a copy of your passport. It must be processed in Indonesian Rupiahs by law and will be converted at the prevailing bank-selling rate for US Dollar.
With potential medical, liability, cancellation risks involved in holidays, travel insurance is important, as deposits and rental payments are not refundable after a reservation has been confirmed. We highly recommend to buy an all-inclusive travel insurance package which covers all your expenses if you need to cancel your holiday due to personal reasons or a world event.
