The villa provides 4 en suite bedrooms and 1 guest bedroom.
Top most floor features an glorious outdoor dining area with views, going down takes you to the Master Bedroom, the main kitchen, surrounded by several smaller lounges- library indoor and outdoor
lounge and dining room. On the garden level which is the main
entrance features the swimming pool, 2 grand bedrooms,1 guest
bedroom with a mini bar and mini pantry, garage and staff living room.
Below the pool level is one grand bedroom, lounge, a private gym and the entertainment room. Base level is the tennis court and laundry.
The property is within a fully gated, secure estate and is offered on a freehold basis.

All rates are quoted in USD dollars the rate include 21% government tax & service charge, daily breakfast and around trip airport transfer. Servis Include Our properties are fully equipped with bed linens, towels, cooking utensil etc. Item such as toilet paper, soap and drinking water are supplied at the villa.
Gratuities for house hold staff shall be left to guest’s discretion. - High & Peak Season Periods
Low Season period: January 9 - June 30 (except Easter Week, Chinese New Year), September 16 - December 19
High season period: July 1 - 31, September 1 -15, Easter Week, Chinese New Year
Peak season period: August 1 - 31, December 20 - January 8 - Minimum Stays:
Low Season: 3-NIGHTS
High Season: 5-NIGHTS
Peak Season: 7-NIGHTS - Check in/out time
Check-in time: 14:00
Check-out time: 11:00
Late check out until 18:00 is additional charge of 50 % from 1 (one) night room rates and subject to avaibility - Terms of Payment
- Credit card authorization + copy of the card (front and back) + pasport copy of the card holder sent by faximile or 50 % deposit (from total reservation value) transfer to our USD Bank account within 7 (sevent) days of recieving our reservation confirmation, will gurantee the reservation
- For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred. - Cancellation Policy.
- Before 30 days check in date cancelation will charge at 10 % from total secure night as administration fee
- Between 29 days and 15 days will charge 50 % from the total room night reservation value
- Between 14 days and 0 days will charge 100 % from total room reservation value.
- No show will be charge 100 % from total room reservation value.
The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.
Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
