1-2-6 Bedroom Villa - The Bli Bli Residence is located in Seminyak - Oberoi, is approximately 20 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport. Bli-Bli residence is family owned and was initially a home for us and our friends. It is operated with the same felling - we want you to feel that with the bli-bli you have found your home in Bali.
The recent addition of 11 one and two bedroom villas has turned our villa into a fully-fledged resort hotel but we are proud to still offer the same level of attentive service that we always have.
The original Six Bedroom Villa is suitable for groups of family or friends and is comprised of three buildings centered around a large, central swimming pool. The main villa has 7m high (35 foot) vaulted ceiling and contains the kitchen & dining room. It's a perfect for entertaining - which we encourage & support. The other two pavilions both offer two bedrooms, each with en-suite, open air, bathrooms.
The eight One Bedroom Villas are smart, modern and supremely comfortable & each is set in its own private walled garden. All villas have a refreshing lap-pool & well-equipped kitchen/dining areas. All bedrooms have four-poster double beds & bright, spacious en-suite bathrooms.
The three Two Bedroom Villas are bigger than the One Bedroom Villas and have the same level of appointment & sophistication.

There are 24 hours security, so you can feel comfortable as you lie back in your private space. 6 housekeeper always ready to serve ( 3 person in the morning and another 3 person in afternoon until 10 o clock at night). We specialize in private party and special occcasions of all varieties. You will find our villa perfect for family reunions, birthdays, weddings, poolside parties, or just a private family vacation.
From The Bli Bli take less than ten minutes walk to the one of the best beaches in the world and so close to the best restaurantns in Bali, that you won't even notice that it took you less than two minutes to walk to at least five of them.
In-house service facilities include central kitchen, spa, conference room and even a karaoke bar ! Discreet, service-orientated staff are always only a few seconds away, eager to satisfy your every whim !
We are very pleased to announce the opening of our purpose-built spa facility, offering a full range of relaxing and therapeutic massages and beauty treatments. All the staff are professionally trained and treatments for singles or couples may be taken in the spa or in the privacy of your villa.
Front office assistance for 24 (twenty four) hours, Spa treatment, Room service, Baby cots, Babysitter, Laundry service, Mail and postage facilities, Business centre, Currency exchange, Karaoke room, Free Personal Security Box, 24 Hour Doctor On Call, Drop off (shuttle service) to Kuta and Seminyak area two times a day, Airport pick up transfer, Car rental and limousine service, Taxi call service, Newspaper provide base on request.

Late check out until 18:00 is additional charge of 50 % from 1 (one) night room rates and subject to avaibility - Terms of Payment
- Credit card authorization + copy of the card (front and back) + pasport copy of the card holder sent by faximile or 50 % deposit (from total reservation value) transfer to our USD Bank account within 7 (sevent) days of recieving our reservation confirmation, will gurantee the reservation
- For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred. - Cancellation Policy.
- Before 30 days check in date cancelation will charge at 10 % from total secure night as administration fee
- Between 29 days and 15 days will charge 50 % from the total room night reservation value
- Between 14 days and 0 days will charge 100 % from total room reservation value.
- No show will be charge 100 % from total room reservation value.
The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.
Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
B'Fast "Included", means Breakfast is already included in our rates.
B'Fast "Excluded", means Breakfast is NOT included in our rates.
