With the gentle cool breezes even at the hottest time of year, the villa offers a blend of air-conditioned comfort and tropical open-air living. the 800m˛ villa compound includes 2 pavilions; the main pavilion comprises of the main living area with attached bedrooms and a detached guest pavilion.
Spacious and comfortable island-living feel is evoked through its design of “alang-alang” roofing, a mixed internal décor of modern art and contemporary custom-made teak furniture.
Dining and living space face an infinity-edge lap pool embraced by a sundeck and lush landscaped garden of coconut palms and exotic tropical plants. the infinity-edge lap pool is lined with green Java stone and appears to flow into the garden.
It features a fully equipped modern kitchen which comes with generous nero-granite counter space, cupboards with hydraulic slam-resistant sliding drawers, state-of-the-art microwave, stove, gas hob and fridge; everything you need to prepare delicious meals and lavish feasts. the centerpiece is a sizable island bench that is used for meal preparation and also serves as a breakfast table.
All 4 bedrooms are fully air-conditioned each with an en-suite bathroom and are decorated with beautiful and rare antiques. the master suite on the upper floor features a wrap-around balcony overlooking the entire property. this spacious suite features a king-size canopied bed, corner desks and built-in wardrobes. its attached suite bathroom features a black granite twin-basin sinktop, separate shower and bath. the other bedrooms are similar to the master suite in design and furnishings. each of the four bedrooms meet the standards of comfort and luxury required by even the discerning traveler - something not to be defined, only to be discovered.
Exquisitely decorated in natural earth tones, a comfortable L-shaped sofa set with coffee table facing a flat screen TV, marks the focus of the living room. a teak dining table with matching chairs, comfortably seats eight guests and serves as the centerpiece of the dining area. these social spaces are embellished with well-selected artworks. directly opposite is a partially enclosed office area with built-in working table, cabinets and shelves. wireless broadband internet connection can be accessed throughout the entire villa. the stairs accesses the rooftop terrace where views of the Indian ocean during sunsets are particularly rewarding.

- Before 30 days check in date cancelation will charge at 10 % from total secure night as administration fee
- Between 29 days and 15 days will charge 50 % from the total room night reservation value
- Between 14 days and 0 days will charge 100 % from total room reservation value.
- No show will be charge 100 % from total room reservation value.
The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.
Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
