All rate are net, quoted in USD and inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge, daily breakfast based on 2 person per 1 bedroom, fresh fruit & flowers on arrival, cold towel and complimentary drinking water, coffee and tea. - High & Peak Season Periods

Late check out until 18:00 is additional charge of 50 % from 1 (one) night room rates and subject to avaibility - Terms of Payment
- 50 % deposit (from total reservation value) transfer to our USD Bank account within 7 (seven) days of receiving our reservation confirmation, will guarantee the reservation.
- For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred.
- With payment of the deposit the customer agrees on the Terms and Conditions and the management guarantee the reservation. - Cancellation Policy.
Deposit is non-refundable. However, on case by case basis the management will aim to assist the customer to deal with changes in circumstances and allow the use of the deposit at a later time, within a time limit. This depends on availability and the advance notice of the changes in circumstances.
The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.
