2-3-4 Bedroom - Villa Nyumpené Bali is an almost forgotten word in ancient Balinese and means Daydream. A few years ago, a German architect brought this “daydream” to life on the property of what used to be a coconut plantation. Some of the palm trees you will find here or in the neighboring regions are remainders of these days.
The parcel, located in the heart of Legian, is only 10 minutes from the airport and is 3500 m² in size, which is quite unusual for this region. This villa, with its exotic garden and the impressive swimming pool, was established on a 1000 m² fundament, surrounded by leafy walls.
Swimming, surfing, jogging and sun bathing facilities are only a five minute walk away at the popular Legian Beach. Explore the region and discover the many boutiques and good restaurants, and a short taxi drive further, numerous bars and top class gourmet restaurants await our guests.
The 250 m² open-plan living space is designed for 8 persons max. The villa includes 4 bedrooms/baths and a large kitchen. However, the center of the house is the open “living room” facing the garden, which is 70 m² in size. The two-level Alang-Alang grass roof even tops the 2nd floor in height.
In this bedroom you will find a round bed that is 2.8 m in diameter. As all beds in this house, it is draped with large mosquito nets that do not only lend a feeling of security but also evoke the feeling of dozing in a canopy bed. Three additional bedrooms on the ground floor, each equipped with a bath, two of which even have a small terrace, are also individually furnished with high-quality rattan furniture.
The unusually high and geometrically formed walls are decorated with typical Balinese carvings and paintings. treppeA wooden spiral designer staircase leads to the gallery that overlooks the living room and to the upper master bedroom.

All rate are net, quoted in USD and inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge, daily breakfast based on 2 person per 1 bedroom, complimentary drop off car usage, welcome drink and cold towel and complimentary drinking water. - Check in/out time

Late check out until 18:00 is additional charge of 50 % from 1 (one) night room rates and subject to avaibility. - Terms of Payment
- Credit card authorization + copy of the card (front and back) + pasport copy of the card holder sent by faximile or 50 % deposit (from total reservation value) transfer to our USD Bank account within 7 (sevent) days of recieving our reservation confirmation, will gurantee the reservation
- For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred. - Cancellation Policy.
- Before 30 days check in date cancelation will charge at 10 % from total secure night as administration fee
- Between 29 days and 15 days will charge 50 % from the total room night reservation value
- Between 14 days and 0 days will charge 100 % from total room reservation value.
- No show will be charge 100 % from total room reservation value.
The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.
