6 Bedroom Villa - “Villa Puri Uma Dewi” is constructed in a complete rectangular encircling a large garden and swimming pool, on all sides. A long covered walkway with wooden floor and handrails connect the separate pavilions and structures of the main structure and guest compound. Gates open to the inner garden and pool areas, which are an excellent deterrent for families with small children. The main structure has a main fully equipped kitchen and large living area with an upper level built-in sofa with pillows for group sitting, which is located to another living area with sofas. In the rear area of the main structure 3 bedrooms (A/C) are located with ensuite bathrooms. The guest compound has a separate kitchen and 2 bedrooms with bathrooms (A/C). Both the main structure and guest compound have a TV/Study room (2) adjacent to the master bedrooms, which can be used as optional bedrooms or rooms for small children. Villa Puri Uma Dewi is ideal for a large family, or group or two families. The buildings are quiet spread out throughout the property, thus assuring privacy. The interior design is tasteful and stylish. All the bedrooms can be enclosed or open areas. The living area is all open facing the garden with the large swimming pool, outdoor dining pavilion and pool lounging pavilion. This luxury villa promises a special stay in Bali.

Main structure and guest compound: 7 Bedrooms plus an optional air-conditioned sleeping room with ensuite bathrooms. 1 bedroom is a traditional rice barn converted into a bedroom with air-conditioning and a ladder-entrance with bathroom downstairs. The master bedroom overlooking the garden and pool, has a 4 poster king size bed, large ensuite indoor/outdoor bathroom, walk in dressing room and adjacent children's room with two single beds. All other bedrooms feature queen sized beds. In the guest house the TV room can be an optional bedroom if required. The billiard room upstairs bedroom is air-conditioned with a Chinese bed. There are six bathrooms (including one guest bathroom adjacent to the indoor dining area) in total, a large swimming pool, 2 living areas, 2 dining areas (seats 8 plus people/seats 4 people) , outdoor dining pavilion (seats 10+ people), 2 air-conditioned TV rooms/Study, Satellite television, VCR/CD Players, telephone, fax machine, fully equipped kitchen, smaller kitchen, fulltime staff and cook including an english speaking site manager. The villa has security with a private parking area.

Late check out until 18:00 is additional charge of 50 % from 1 (one) night room rates and subject to avaibility - Terms of Payment
- Credit card authorization + copy of the card (front and back) + pasport copy of the card holder sent by faximile or 50 % deposit (from total reservation value) transfer to our USD Bank account within 7 (sevent) days of recieving our reservation confirmation, will gurantee the reservation
- For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred. - Cancellation Policy.
- Before 30 days check in date cancelation will charge at 10 % from total secure night as administration fee
- Between 29 days and 15 days will charge 50 % from the total room night reservation value
- Between 14 days and 0 days will charge 100 % from total room reservation value.
- No show will be charge 100 % from total room reservation value.
The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.
Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
