4 Bedroom Villa - Awang Awang means “floating in the space between heaven and earth” – the perfect description for our villa, perched on the edge of a ravine with breathtaking views of the sacred Petanu river and the lush tropical forests.
Like many others, we fell in love with the ‘Island of the Gods’ and her people and feel very privileged to have been able to lease from the local owners, the land on which to build this peaceful haven.
The House
The villa is designed by Balinese architect Ir. Ida Bagus Wiadnyana according to ancient traditions with the correct alignments toward the Holy Mountain. Traditional materials are used throughout to harmonize with the environment – alang alang thatched roofing, hand-made terracotta floor-tiles, stone and marble, all crafted by local artists. The house is cooled by fans and natural cross breezes over water gardens. Entry is via the traditional Balinese gate-way protected by stone guardians and along a garden path through tranquil lotus and water-lily filled fish ponds. Antique Javanese doors open onto the main living area with its soaring alang alang roof and spectacular views from the open terrace.
Bedrooms
Antique Javanese doors open from the living area to three bedrooms. The main bedroom contains a queen-sized bed made from old teak wood and an antique Javanese batik table. A dressing room leads to the marble bathroom and outdoor garden shower.
The second bedroom has an antique Javanese queen-sized bed while the third contains two single beds. A large terrazzo and marble bathroom with a deep tub, outdoor shower and double vanity is shared between the two rooms.

• Manager will provide assistance with tour planning.
• Lunch or dinner can be prepared on request. You pay only for the ingredients required which staff will purchase fresh from the market.

Liability
The owner disclaims all or any liability for property loss or damage as well as injury or death sustained by any person whilst residing in the villa, or whilst engaged on any tour.

All villa rates are subject to any additional surcharge of 15% and inclusive of daily breakfast based on 2 person per bedroom, complimentary drop off car usage, welcome drink and cold towel and complimentary drinking water. - High & Peak Season Periods
Low Season period: January 9 - June 30 (except Easter Week, Chinese New Year), September 16 - December 19
High season period: July 1 - 31, September 1 -15, Easter Week, Chinese New Year
Peak season period: August 1 - 31, December 20 - January 8 - Minimum Stays:
Low Season : 3-NIGHTS
High Season: 5-NIGHTS

Late check out until 18:00 is additional charge of 50 % from 1 (one) night room rates and subject to avaibility - Terms of Payment
- Credit card authorization + copy of the card (front and back) + pasport copy of the card holder sent by faximile or 50 % deposit (from total reservation value) transfer to our USD Bank account within 7 (sevent) days of recieving our reservation confirmation, will gurantee the reservation
- For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred. - Cancellation Policy.
- Before 30 days check in date cancelation will charge at 10 % from total secure night as administration fee
- Between 29 days and 15 days will charge 50 % from the total room night reservation value
- Between 14 days and 0 days will charge 100 % from total room reservation value.
- No show will be charge 100 % from total room reservation value.
The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.
Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
