Akhyati Villas offer 6 (six) one-bedroom villas and 4 (four) two-bedroom villas each with a private pool. Elegantly furnished comfortable bedroom with separate living and dining area, each villa is decorated in natural wood and cool terrazzo. Each villa has its own butler dedicated to cater to your individual needs, assuring a profesional and personalized service. Villa Akhyati is the choice for a truly private and exclusive environment in the midst of Bali's serene natural landscape.
All villas are arranged in modern Asian style of architecture whilst still keeping touch with nature, featuring elegant outdoor living and dining areas complete with an exclusive kitchenette and access to beautiful private bedroom. All rate are net, quoted in USD and inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge, daily breakfast based on 2 person per bedroom, complimentary drop off car usage, welcome drink and cold towel and complimentary drinking water. - High & Peak Season Periods
Low Season period: January 6 - July 31, September 16 - December 24
High season period: August 1 - September 15
Peak season period: December 25 - January 5 - Minimum Stays:
Low Season: 3-NIGHTS
High Season: 5-NIGHTS
Peak Season: 7-NIGHTS - Check in/out time
Check-in time: 14:00
Check-out time: 11:00
Late check out until 18:00 is additional charge of 50 % from 1 (one) night room rates and subject to avaibility - Terms of Payment
- Credit card authorization + copy of the card (front and back) + pasport copy of the card holder sent by faximile or 50 % deposit (from total reservation value) transfer to our USD Bank account within 7 (sevent) days of recieving our reservation confirmation, will gurantee the reservation
- For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred. - Cancellation Policy.
- Before 30 days check in date cancelation will charge at 10 % from total secure night as administration fee
- Between 29 days and 15 days will charge 50 % from the total room night reservation value
- Between 14 days and 0 days will charge 100 % from total room reservation value.
- No show will be charge 100 % from total room reservation value.
The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.
Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
B'Fast "Included", means Breakfast is already included in our rates.
B'Fast "Excluded", means Breakfast is NOT included in our rates.
