The Setting
A combination of one and two bedroom villas (7 in total) all link to a central walkway that flows the full length of the property. A fully enclosed air-conditioned lobby emulates a stylish lounge where guests can choose from a library of selected reading materials, DVD's and CD's for in-villa entertainment pleasures.
The Look
Moving away from a traditional Balinese design, The Kunthi Villas embrace a full contemporary look that explores flair and creativity. Each villa depicts a vibrant colour theme which refreshingly balances the overall concept of a cool grey background. An integrated living, dining and kitchen environment merge under an individual flat roof structure, surrounded by a pond and is open to the elements. The Sleeping Environment
A separate enclosed pavilion accommodates both sleeping and bathing quarters. The bedroom has a clean line no-clutter approach that evokes a restful slumber. Dark timber fittings contrast with the villas given choice of theme colour. Decorative icons and a comfortable window seat prevent the room from looking too stark and modern. The Service
The Kunthi Villas are serviced daily by a team that takes care of all housekeeping, gardening and maintenance duties in a discreet manner. Security guards are on duty 24-hours a day. All bedrooms are equipped with satellite television and IDD telephone lines for convenient communication. Complimentary transportation is available within Seminyak for guests to sample local fine dining restaurants, chic cafes and the extensive nightlife opportunities.

All rate are net, quoted in USD and inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge.

Low Season period: January 6 - June 30, September 1 - December 21
High season period: 1 July - 31 August at US$ 20 ++ per room per night
Peak season period: 22 December - 05 January at US$ 30++ per room per night - Minimum Stays:
Low Season: 3-NIGHTS
High Season: 5-NIGHTS

Late check out until 18:00 is additional charge of 50 % from 1 (one) night room rates and subject to avaibility - Terms of Payment
- Credit card authorization + copy of the card (front and back) + pasport copy of the card holder sent by faximile or 50 % deposit (from total reservation value) transfer to our USD Bank account within 7 (sevent) days of recieving our reservation confirmation, will gurantee the reservation
- For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred. - Cancellation Policy.
- Before 30 days check in date cancelation will charge at 10 % from total secure night as administration fee
- Between 29 days and 15 days will charge 50 % from the total room night reservation value
- Between 14 days and 0 days will charge 100 % from total room reservation value.
- No show will be charge 100 % from total room reservation value.
