One-Bedroom Villas
14 villas with one bedroom consist of a single pavillion on 400 square meters. Each villa has a living room, dining area, full kitchen and a bedroom with en suite bathroom. All bedrooms have a flat-screen tv with satellite channels and a walk-in closet with safety box, sunken bathtub, two spa beds and a toilet. A large garden outdoors features a personal swimming pool next to bale bengong (day bed) that is perfect for a dry massage or our special Household massage. Enjoy our treatments while taking in a view of
the Garuda Wisnu Kencana statue in the valley below along with the sunset over Jimbaran Bay.
Two-Bedroom Villas
10 villas with two bedrooms consist of a single pavillion on 600 square meters. Each villa has a living room, dining area, full kitchen and two bedrooms wih en suite bathroom. Each bedroom has a flat-screen tv with satellite channels and a walk-in closet with safety box. Each bathroom measures 5x5 meters and consists of a separate shower, sunken bathtub, two spa beds and a toilet. Late check out until 18:00 is additional charge of 50 % from 1 (one) night room rates and subject to avaibility - Terms of Payment
- Credit card authorization + copy of the card (front and back) + pasport copy of the card holder sent by faximile or 50 % deposit (from total reservation value) transfer to our USD Bank account within 7 (sevent) days of recieving our reservation confirmation, will gurantee the reservation
- For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred. - Cancellation Policy.
- Before 30 days check in date cancelation will charge at 10 % from total secure night as administration fee
- Between 29 days and 15 days will charge 50 % from the total room night reservation value
- Between 14 days and 0 days will charge 100 % from total room reservation value.
- No show will be charge 100 % from total room reservation value.
