1-3 Bedroom Villa - Villa Kecapi comprises of 4 individual villas set within Balinese styled walled compounds for seclusion and privacy. Each 2 or 3 bedroom villa features a personal swimming pool in a tropical garden enclosure where guests can relax and sunbathe without the unnecessary disturbances found in a large hotel or resort.
Villa Kecapi is ideally suited for small families and intimate honeymooners who will appreciate the level of privacy and discreet personal service that is offered. Breakfast is conveniently served daily in each villa and arrangements can be made with our staff for additional meals including special occasions and fine dining.
The Location
Strategically located in the vibrant neighbourhood of Petitenget Kerobokan, the villa is only a 20 minute drive from Bali's international airport and a short distance from the shopping district of Kuta. A nearby place of interest includes the renowned Petitenget Beach and its ancient Hindu temple. Several boutique resorts also grace the district such as The Legian and The Oberoi, as well as an entire stretch of cosmopolitan restaurants such as Kudeta. Fine dining, art shops, chic cafes and up market spas are abundant.
The Lifestyle
Following the integrated concept of open Balinese living, the airy lounge, dining and kitchen areas merge harmoniously together to create a sense of spaciousness.
The Bedrooms
All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and elegantly furnished complemented by an en-suite bathroom with separate hot /cold water sunken tubs and shower compartments.
The Dining
A fully equipped kitchen features all necessary western amenities such as a juicer, microwave and coffee maker for guests who prefer to prepare their own meals in accordance their individual dietary requirements. Alternatively, breakfast is organized daily and villa staff can arrange room service or banqueting that is set up in an effortless manner for other daily meals or special occasions in the dining room.
The Relaxation
With peace and comfort clearly in mind, each villa is facilitated by a private entrance. A personal swimming pool is set within a charming garden environment complete with an elevated thatched gazebo for relaxing and a barbeque corner for casual outdoor meals or entertaining.

The Services
Villa Kecapi employs a team of full time staff to take care of and anticipate all necessary guest requirements. Besides the standard housekeeping service, there is also a butler service, baby sitting facility, laundry and dry cleaning service and banqueting to ensure that each stay is one of utmost comfort. For guests' leisure conveniences our staff will be of assistance to help arrange tour services, water sports, ticketing, car rental, currency exchange and postal requirements.

1. Rates
All rates are net/villa/night inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge, welcome drinks & fruit basket on arrival, daily re-stock mini bar (soft drinks), free internet connection, daily tea time, free use of bicycle based on availability, airport pick-up (one car - one way) and daily breakfast for 2 persons per room.
2. High & Peak Season Periods
High season period: July 15 - September 15, Chinese New Year, Easter Week, Golden week (last week of April - first week of May). Peak season period: December 20 - January 8.
3. Check in / out time
Check – in time : after 13.00
Check – out time : before 12.00
Late check out would be based on the availability
- Late check out until 15.00 without any charge
- Late check out until 16.00 with 50 % additional charge room/night
- A full one-night rate would be applied for check out after 16.00
4. Terms of payment
50% guarantee deposit of the total room nights would be conducted (20 days for the low season period and 30 days before the guest check in, for peak season periods), if there are any cancellations after the cut off date the guarantee deposit would belong to Villa Kecapi Bali automatically.
The balance due is upon arrival by US Dollars cash / Credit card: Visa or Master card.Kindly send us a copy of your transfer receipt by facsimile while if the payment would be conducted by credit card , kindly send us a photo copy of both front and back sides of your credit card . It would be most grateful if you would like to write down the number and the expire date of your credit card on the top of the copies sheet in order to enable us to see them clearly, and kindly send us a photo copy of your passport page to enable us to complete the transaction to our office.
5. Cancellation Policy
If there are any cancellations, We have to receive them in writing Cancellation policy during low season period:
There would not be additional charge for cancellations within 21 days before the guest check in 50% of the total room reservation would be charged for cancellation made within 20 and 14 days prior arrival 100 % of the total room reservation would be charged for cancellation made within 13 - 0 days prior arrival No show would be charged 100% of the total room reservation value.
6. Cancellation policy during peak season period :
There would not be additional charge for cancellations within 31 days before the guest check in 50% of the total room reservation would be charged for cancellation made within 31 – 20 days prior arrival 100 % of the total room reservation would be charged for cancellation made within 19 - 0 days prior arrival No show would be charged 100% of the total room reservation value.
The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.
Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
B'Fast "Included", means Breakfast is already included in our rates.
B'Fast "Excluded", means Breakfast is NOT included in our rates.
