Providing two suites each with its own en-suite, V2 represents a unique private villa accommodation option in the area. Most of private villas in Seminyak are located in a compound of multiple units, managed like resort hotels. Just like larger luxury villas, V2 is an individual private villa, where all services and staffs are solely dedicated to your personal indulgence.
Maximizing holiday experience in perfect blend of tropical living and modern comfort, the villa was carefully designed in minimalist modern, accented with slight decent touches of Balinese elements and selective usage of natural materials.
Accommodation
Layout and interior decoration makes V2 suitable for various kinds of holiday maker traveling in small group: honeymooner, couple having romantic escape, small family, two couples, friends, or even family with toddlers.
As most holiday villas in tropical destinations, V2 has a spacious open living area overlooking the swimming pool, featuring comfortable lounging couches, dining table for four, and a modern kitchen fully equipped in Western standard. The living area is dedicated to have true tropical living experience, maximizing enjoyment of soothing breeze against the burning sun.
The two identical suites on each side of the living area offer spacious terrace and floor-to-ceiling windows with large sliding doors, allowing the tropical fiesta outside enjoyable from the bedrooms as well. Featuring extra-large king-size beds, the bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. TV with international satellite channels, DVD player, and stereo system are available in both bedrooms.
Romantic decor of the bedrooms flows across to their en-suite bathroom with full marble, wooden accents, and walled garden. Featuring running hot and cold water, each bathroom has double wash-basins, bathtub, and separated shower chamber in addition the closets.

Facilities and Services
Garden in the front-yard was landscaped without large trees to maximize enjoyment of sun burn and breeze flow. 9 meters swimming pool as the centre-point offers poolside deck with sun-loungers, allowing you to enjoy sun-bath in the villa as an alternative to enjoying it on the beach which is only a few minutes away.
For those who could not disconnect themselves from their business even during their holiday, or keen to search for online resource to explore Bali even further, internet connection is available throughout the villa. Unfortunately we have to let you aware that internet connection quality in Indonesia, including Bali, is not as good as you may have back home.
Five well-trained staffs are dedicated to pamper your stay. Supervision from professional English-speaking villa manager ensures service excellence and best execution to all your wishes and orders. Optionally you can also get a private chef to command your kitchen to pamper your appetite as well.
In addition to dedicated housekeeping, maintenance, and security, the price you pay also includes daily continental breakfast for four, airport return transfers, local government taxes, and daily in-house laundry.
Outside the gate are private parking area for two cars and security station.

Sit on the miles of golden sandy beach on spanning along the South-West coast from Jimbaran bay on the South and Tanah Lot temple up north, Seminyak offers one of the best spot on the island for relaxed sunbath.
Villa V2 Bali is located in the heart of Seminyak, just off the very famous Jalan Laksmana. The beach with KuDeTa and LaLuciola as two landmarks on each end is only a few minutes away by car or a bit longer in relaxed walk along the enchanting sidewalk with eye catching windows along the way.

Terms of Payment
- A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation form with the final balance to be paid in cash at the villa upon arrival.
- For bookings made 7 days or less before arrival, full final cash payment is required at the villa upon arrival.
- All payments are to be made in US dollars either via electronic bank transfer (account details will be given at time of booking) or by cash in US dollar bank notes at the villa. For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred. - Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
- For bookings that are cancelled 31 days or more before arrival, deposits will be returned in full less a US$ 100 administrative fee.
- For bookings that are cancelled 30 days or less before arrival, deposits will be non-refundable.
- Notices of cancellation must be received in writing (by fax, email or mail).
- In cases where a guest has confirmed a booking with a deposit but we have yet to receive the balance of payment and the booking is cancelled, the guest will be responsible for the payment. - F&B
Foods and beverages are on guest's account. First dinner in villa for a late check-in and/or first breakfast can be arranged upon request. All expenses are at guest's account.

The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.
