TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Rate
All rates are net, quoted in USD and inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge, cool towel, refreshing welcome drink, fresh fruit and flower arrangement upon arrival, return airport transfers, 24 hours butler service, daily personalized in-villa breakfast for 2 persons per room. - Peak Season Period
Low Season period: 15 January - July 14, September 16 - December 14
High Season period: July 15 - September 15, 15 December - 14 January - Booking or Reservation
Reservation subject to availability and confirmation. A minimum of 3 nights stay is required during peak season period. - Check in/out time
Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00
Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability - Terms of Payment
• A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation form with the final balance to be paid in cash at the villa upon arrival.
• For bookings made 7 days or less before arrival, full final cash payment is required at the villa upon arrival.
• All payments are to be made in US dollars either via electronic bank transfer (account details will be given at time of booking) or by cash in US dollar bank notes at the villa. For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred. - Cancellation Policy
• For bookings that are cancelled 31 days or more before arrival, deposits will be returned in full less a US$ 100 administrative fee.
• For bookings that are cancelled 30 days or less before arrival, deposits will be non-refundable.
• Notices of cancellation must be received in writing (by fax, email or mail).
• In cases where a guest has confirmed a booking with a deposit but we have yet to receive the balance of payment and the booking is cancelled, the guest will be responsible for the payment. - F&B
Foods and beverages are on guest's account. First dinner in villa for a late check-in and/or first breakfast can be arranged upon request. All expenses are at guest's account.
The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.
Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
