Under palm trees, you have nearly reached the edge of the world, directly on the ocean side at an almost completely deserted beach - a villa that offers everything a luxury-orientated person needs and desires? Stop dreaming, this place really exists ... in Northern Bali.

However, this villa is much more, it is the absolute dream with more than 500 m² open-plan living space constructed on a 2300 m² waterside parcel covered with palm trees. A German architect made his own dream come true with this estate.

The heart of the house is the 120 m² “living room”, open to the ocean side. Light marble, red granite and modern, black stained mahogany furniture dominate the room.

Beautiful rooms are awaiting our guests. All four bedrooms are modern and comfortably furnished with individually designed, black stained furniture. Parquet flooring, mosquito nets and homey lighting engenders the individual, intimate atmosphere of these rooms. Each bedroom is equipped with a large bath incl. central hot water supply, shower, toilet, bidet and a hair-dryer. The countertop in the bathroom – made of dark red granite - offers enough space for the content of even several beauty cases. are awaiting our guests. The “indoor plant” is in the center of the room, an approx. 5 m tall palm tree, which is additionally put in scene through spots in the 11 m high acryl glass roof. From the round sofa you have a fantastic view of the ocean, as you do from the two dining room tables, where 8 persons can comfortably dine together. barIn the rear area you will find a small bar with a counter as well as an additional suite for soccer fans and people, who cannot do without the news from the television – even in this desolate region. A CD player and a stereo system with Bose satellite speakers offer an unusually pleasing sound experience.

Above the waterside, not even ten meters from the ocean, you will discover the approx. 90 m² swimming pool – completely secluded, heated and with an amazing 180° clear view over the ocean. The sitting area is partially roofed over, next to that you’ll find the terrace and then ... the bar! Ready for a pool-party? Ok, but who will mix the cocktails this time?

A lovely snorkeling range is “right in front of your doorstep” and the German-managed diving station is directly next to that.

Additional pleasant half-day tours to places of interest in the vicinity are organised by our German-speaking manageress, Iluh and upon request, a German-speaking driver can be provided. Similarly, she can arrange for you to climb the volcano, Mount Batur, or take part in white-water trips on the River Sayan. She can show guests temple festivals, which take place in villages, as well as wedding ceremonies, or Wayang Kulit shadow shows. In addition Iluh holds cookery courses in Indonesian cuisine and arranges small private celebration parties with performance of traditional dances, music groups and appetising buffets for birthdays and special occasions.

Enjoy being pampered! All day the “the helpful hands” at work in our house will attend to your needs starting with an exotic breakfast included in the rental price, delicious delicacies at lunch, coffee and cake and a sumptuous evening meal..

Depending on where you prefer to partake of all this, possibilities range from in the villa itself, at the swimming pool or in our very own "beach café" directly on the sea. In addition, guests may help themselves to an unlimited supply of spring water, coffee, different types of teas, cappuccinos and various types of fruit, all free of charge.

Just a short swim from the shore is where a magnificent sub-aqua world begins in the ocean, which boasts a temperature of 29° C. Anyone keen to experience it may take avail of goggles, snorkels and flippers, which are provided. Diving fans also come into their own, due to the fact that in the neighbouring Hotel ALAM ANDA the “Werner Lau Diving Centre” has a very beautiful own reef and offers diving expeditions to many diving places. Here, anybody wishing to do their diving certificate or gain further experience in this sport can enjoy all the best opportunities.
