3 BEDROOM - Puri Tirta means Palace on the Water. These stunning villas are located on the bay at Tanjung Benoa, minutes from the famous Nusa Dua Resorts on white sand beaches. The estate is hidden away, has 24 hour gated security and is very secluded, nestled amongst other exclusive private Bali homes on the water.

All villas have three (3) king size bedrooms each with their own luxurious natural marble bathrooms and outdoor showers. The entrance to each villa is through a traditional Balinese gated doorway, stepping into your own private tropical garden complete with large swimming pool.

The Villas have a central living pavilion with lounge, dining and granite kitchen with the latest stainless steel appliances. The pavilion can be opened up to allow the warm tropical Balinese air to circulate or closed off with glass bi-fold doors if air-conditioned comfort is preferred. All villas have water views and direct access to the shore.

Part of the estate includes a private jetty exclusive to the five (5) villas complete with full time skipper and motor boat waiting to take you to lunch, water sports or a sunset cruise.
