1-2-3-4 Bedroom Villa The beautiful Villa M is hidden away in the rice fields, just ten minutes’ drive from Berawa beach on Bali’s south western coast. Offering guests a choice of renting options, this 4-bedroom retreat covers 2,000 square metres of land and is comprised of two self-contained villas, each with a private entrance and a private pool. The 1-bedroom villa and the 3-bedroom villa can either be linked or alternatively remain totally separate and private. Designed by Balinese architect Putu Edy Semara, the style blends modern Balinese architecture with minimalist design, local materials, hardwood floors, and graceful, contemporary furnishings.

Villa M presents luxury facilities in a spectacular natural setting, encompassed by rice terraces reminiscent of amphitheatres. On a clear day, the sweeping view is enhanced by the magical sight of the mountains. Guests staying at Villa M will receive a privileged insight into rural Bali, yet the property is only ten minutes’ drive from the shops, nightlife, spas, and internationally acclaimed restaurants of Seminyak. The sweeping Seminyak Beach is renowned for its world-class surf breaks, panoramic coastline views and legendary sunsets. Neighbouring sport and leisure facilities include The Canggu Club, offering a state-of-the art gym, a 25 metre swimming pool and a tennis & squash centre. The Umalas Riding Stables is less than just two kilometres away, and the famous Nirwana Golf Course is just twenty minutes’ drive. Convenient for all of Kuta’s main shopping malls, and the island’s many tourist attractions, the villa is thirty minutes’ drive from Bali’s International Airport.

The approach to Villa M is through the Balinese village of Umalas, the narrow country lane then winds through the rice fields for another two kilometres before reaching the main entrance and reception pavilion via a large courtyard with a sizeable parking area.

One Bedroom Villa
The ground level air-conditioned bedroom offers direct access to the pool, and is characterised by a timber floor, dark wooden furnishings and a king size, canopied bed under a soaring roof. There is a flat screen, LCD satellite TV mounted on the wall, complete with DVD player and quality sound system. Three floor-to-ceiling glass doors open out into the garden. There is a dressing area behind the bed, two huge wall mirrors, built in wardrobes and a dressing table.

Two Bedroom Villa
The three ground level bedrooms feature bengkirai wood floors, dark wooden furnishings, king size beds and fitted wardrobes under soaring roofs. Each is equipped with a wall mounted, flat screen LCD satellite TV, complemented by a DVD player and sound system. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open out into the garden. Two of the bedrooms share a centrally positioned bathroom complete with a large frosted glass porthole window.

Services
Villa M is supported by a carefully selected team of highly trained, fulltime staff, who will cater to all of the guests’ needs. The team includes a villa manager who will oversee and coordinate the staff and property, and is available to assist guests during their stay.
There is also a cook, housekeepers, gardener, pool attendant and security guards. The cook is trained in the preparation of both local and international cuisine, and is responsible for all of the market shopping. Full service meals can be selected from an excellent menu, which also includes a poolside barbeque. The housekeepers fulfil all of the housekeeping duties while also taking care of the daily laundry.
Baby-sitting and in-villa massage services, tours and activities all over the island, together with the facilities of a car and driver are also available on request at an extra charge.
