Rates and Details (3 questions)
Q: Does the rental rate inclusive of airport transfers or pick up service ?
A: Yes, one of our representatives will be meeting you on your arrival at the airport arrival terminal hall and escort you to the villa or to pick-up you from the hotel to the villa instead of from the airport and from the villa to the airport when you check out.

Q: All of the villas rates include household staff ?
A: All villas listed in our website are inclusive of household staff. They are will be there to serve you during your stay at the villa. Their duty is to make bed, to clean and maintain the villa.

Q: Is the rate for per Villa or per person basis ?
A: The rates shown are always quoted based on Per Villa per Night basis (unless stated otherwise).

Booking (4 questions)
Q: How do I book a Villa On-line ?
A: Simply search or select one of several villas or give the description of the villa within your criteria using the search facilities of the site; price range, bedrooms, location, pool, etc. and then click the reservation button completing your contact information. No commitment is made at this stage. We will get back by email or phone within 24 hours, usually come with confirmation of availability, price and payment terms and conditions. We will book the villa after your approval and it will be confirmed by written after we receive your down payment

Q: How do I know that my reservation is confirmed ?
A: SGHB (Seven Great Harvest Bali) will send you a confirmation slip by email, stating the Villa name, length of stay, Type of Villa, etc, upon confirmation

Q: How long does the tentative booking valid ?
A: Yes, we could tentatively book the villa under your name. However, we can only hold the villa for 3 days, and then the villa will be open for everyone, unless you have made a special agreement with us.

Q: How do I amend my reservation? A: Changes cannot necessarily be accommodated in all cases. A US$50.00 administration fee will apply to each change after a booking has been confirmed. Please Send us your new reservation requirements via an email or fax stating your original reservation details then we will process your amendment requests and will email once your amendment is confirmed.

Cancellation (1 questions)
Q: How do I cancel my booking?
A: A written notice of cancellation must be send to SGHB (Seven Great Harvest Bali). To compensate the owner for the loss of other potential bookings that have turned down once you’re booking has been confirmed and the agent who for the time and effort involved in making a booking
Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival are subject to a complete forfeiture of deposit to compensate and Final payments are non-refundable.

Payment (3 questions)
Q: Do you only accept US Dollar or is other currency ok ?
A: We only accept payment by bank transfer in US dollars

Q: What is your payment option ?
A: We have two options to settle the payment
The first option is to settle full payment, in which this option is normally taken by our clients to avoid double charges occurrence from the bank, as you will only pay the cost of bank charges once.
The second is: 50% down payment 7 days after a confirmation has been given and 50% balance payment 30 days prior to the arrival date. Please bear in your mind, there will be another bank charges occurred when settling the balance payment by transfers. However, the decision is yours.

Q: Why should we pay down payment now ?
A: SGHB (Seven Great Harvest Bali) and The owner will never take risk of any uncertain reservation, to secure the villa itself and to ensure your privacy as well as your reservation means we have to block the whole villa from any other reservation for the same or overlapping period.. This is. If you cancel your reservation after paying the down payment, you will get loss but the villa also get loss from the balance payment because you will not settle the balance of payment. Probably they will get whole payment if the reservation is done by other guests, Therefore we will have to pay a non refundable down payment.
One reservation is for one entire villa. To secure your reservation you have to pay the down payment at least seven consecutive days after a confirmation has been given. If you do not pay it as per the terms, SGHB (Seven Great Harvest Bali) and the owner will have the absolute right to rent the villa to others because we works based on 'first comes first served'.
Full Payment is required before occupancy and can be made via direct bank transfer into the company’s trust account.

About Villa (7 questions)
Q: Is there any internet connection in the villa ?
A: Nowadays we understand that we can not be away from the network. A job even can be done on a vacation far away from home. Some villas have a good land phone line. With this phone, a good connection can be guaranteed. Some other villas which are situated far away from the city (such as in Canggu, Tanah Lot, Jimbaran, even Ubud) will only be able to provide a wireless phone. The connection using this kind of phone is hopeless. If there is no an internet connection at the Villa, you can easily find an Internet rental (called warnet) in Bali.
Though the villa has a broadband connection, please kindly do not hope it as per your broadband in your city. We are in the new developing country and we just hire the technology. So, we can not advise you any precise size of the connection.

Q: Is there any baby cot on the villa ?
A: Some villas will prepare it upon request. Some villas will also do a surcharge for this kind of service. We keep doing our best to all guests because we realize that many guests come to our villas bring their children or babies.

Q: Are there any kid toys or baby seat for the car ?
A: Some villas will provide the kid toys. However the toys may not meet your kids' needs. Please kindly bring their toys to ensure they are happy with them. Or you may make a short stop at any supermarket upon arrival to purchase any kind of toys. Our cars are not equipped with any baby seat. Therefore please also kindly bring it from home.

Q: Can any body to guide us with his experience about Bali ?
A: Our drivers are yearly experienced in tourism business in Bali. They know many quality places of interest. Though they can not speak good English, they are un-doubtful very friendly and helpful. If you need a professional tour guide who can speak good English and explain about Bali, we will be happy to organize our best for you.

Q: What is going on with the mosquito? Is there snake ?
A: Every bedroom in each villa is equipped with mosquito net. You also can find anti-mosquito lotion easily at any shop or warung. We can not be away from snake. They are everywhere. But only a very few of them are poisonous. The only way to be safe is by avoiding them.

Q: What should I do that with any respective tip.
A: The sum of tips depends on your own discretion. The better service they provide, the bigger amount the can get. Some villas have their own parameter (house rule) regarding amount of tips. Ask it from the manager or supervisor of the villa or you may read it on the house rule book of the villa respectively. Normally guests tip the staff on check-out time.

Q: Is there any surcharge for the purchasing or cooking service ?
A: Please organize all your meals or foods for your lunch and dinner, because the staffs are cooking for you on demand and the chef will need time to go to any supermarket to purchase the ingredients of the meals discuss it when you finish your breakfast with the chef of the some villas will serve it for free and Some villas will do a surcharge (about 15%- 20%) from the total amount of receipt for the purchasing and cooking service.
