The much anticipated UNFCCC (UN Framework Conference for Climate Change) has started in Nusa Dua Bali. The security levels are significant, with thousands of police and army on standby. The UNFCCC is set to begin December 4th - 15th, 2007. Over 10,000 delegates will attend and Nusa Dua, Bali, Indonesia.
